Don't go to this location if it's late. I arrived at 7:37 pm. Closes at 8pm supposedly but doors were already locked and nobody in lobby.

Not happy. After paying bill, upgrading my mother's phone. I was informed that the phone I was using (2wks old) they would have to suspend service on because it wasn't 5g compatible. Could not tell me when only that when cricket switches to all 5G I'd have to $BUY$ a new phone. I just bought this one! Can u say con artist!

The store manager was rude and kept yelling for no reason. This store needs to be shut down or the manager to be replaced.

I've used this store several times, and in the past the agents, reps, customer service, or whatever they call themselves have been very helpful. I've not been very impressed in my last two visits especially the last, March 2021.The first visit involved me paying my bill in the store the day before it was due, the agent mis-applying my payment and my service being disconnected two days later. The fat lady with the bad attitude only made the situation worse, telling me it wasn't her fault and I would have to pay the reconnect charge. Luckily a manager was there who took care of the mistake and apologized.

I came in to the cricket store where I bought my phone. I purchased a new Galaxy A01 not even 6 months ago. I asked for help with getting my phone unlocked, as my marital situation has changed. I'm no longer on a joint account, changed carriers and need my phone unlocked to be able to use it. After explaining all this to the ladies there, it seemed I was immediately dismissed, not helped, and was told to "just contact customer service". Going into the stores is pointless at times. Why have them if all they do is refer you to customer service? Most times, I like putting a face with the person helping me.
