Went in for a physical and was taken care of by Angela. She was extremely nice and helpful and had the same experience with the rest of the staff. The wait wasn’t bad and the whole process was very quick. I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Slow, slow, slow. If you want to wait 3 hours for a drug test this is the place to go. If you’re an employer I’d be surprised if anyone wanted to work for you if you choose here to get your drug tests done.

Jessica is hands down one of the best Nurses I have ever come in contact with. Explains everything in great detail, so that you understand exactly what to expect and what the next steps are. In addition, she displays an amazing sense of personal skills and ethics! It’s clear Jessica takes pride in her work and it shows through everything she does. I arrive @ 0818 for a single urine drug screen for school. I did not leave until 1020. I arrived right after a class of roughly 20 employees, who came for a multi-series drug test and was told they process individuals based on the sign-in log. Instead of them having employees assigned to specific roles, they were juggling multiple responsibilities. Therefore, causing a 2-hour wait for a urine screen. I was afraid of developing an UTI because I did not want to use the RR and then wait an additional hour or two for my bladder to fill up again. I am not sure if they were understaffed or if that's their normal workflow, but that was ridiculous.

So far this crg has not done there job, I tested positive for thc. I have a prescription for pantoprazole . They have not resolved this problem there incompetence has created yet costing me every thing I own .

My wife who has never done drugs lost a job opportunity thanks to these clowns, who retest the same sample again which proves nothing. She passed another drug test that Day at dlo but was still denied the job due to company policy despite proving her innocence. You guys are sorry as hell and I hope no one else has to go through what she went through

I had my pension physical done here. The Doc was great, and up front. The nurse that helped me was nice and helpful. And all the staff as a whole were great.

Be prepared to wait for a long time after you pee in a cup and if you have family history of bad teeth this latina lady will laugh at you a nurse I spent 3 hours just to just my physical done and to be made fun of

Do NOT use these people! They are extremely rude,unprofessional,and told me to go somewhere else to get my covid test. I came and had a covid test done through my work so that they could send the results directly to our corporate office. I showed up on time,they did the test,but never documented that they did a test.I drove two hours for the test ,waited for 3 hours,heard nothing,called up there to find out my results,and a lady said I was negative.Come to find out they never documented my test,they told me and my employer that I never showed up,and told me I was a liar to my face.I had another test scheduled today .I went up there and told them that I am going to record this one so that we don't have a misunderstanding again.The nurse tells me" By law you can't record me without permission". I tell her yes I can and she tells me that she refuses to give me test .She walks off ,grabs her rude supervisor who tells me to go somewhere else because he's not playing games. I will be having my attorney look into them.Somebody will be held accountable.
