After poor customer service with Cox over the phone, I went to this store and Jonathan Sorrell exemplified the true meaning of customer service. I went in angry and left thanking him over and over.

You have to wait in order of arrival. But good service

They held the door open for me, which was different. It wasn't busy, so I was in and out for a box switch fairly quickly. They didn't let me pick it out. It came in a box.
