Scamming the elderly! I am in total disbelief how they treated a loyal customer of over 15 years. My grandma recently passed away and I found her bill. She was 79, widowed, had no interest in internet connection, only basic cable and land line phone. They were charging her over $200 a month for basic cable and a landline! Way to take advantage of a little old lady who didn't know she was getting ripped off!

Y’all are seriously offering unlimited 1GB plans in att fiber areas at $65 a month and charging the rest of us 169.99 I mean you literally just take advantage of the customers and only when threatened to lose them will you negotiate. As soon as fiber is available in my area we are switching. I’m pretty sure you are the cable company in South Park

What happened to the cox as a company. Several problems: outages all the time, very difficult to get a hold of someone, several phone prompts with repeated questions, however to get to sales it’s a person immediately. Just bad business practices.

They need to stop doing this " Let's Chat"! When you don't have wifi or phone internet you lose connection with the person from the "Let's chat " but don't reconnect! You need live phone support! Not everywhere has great internet without wifi to connect for live chat! " live chat " is slower than phone chat!

I failed to understand why this location has so low ratings? I had a great experience here. Place is very neat and clean, staff was very helpful. Didn't have to wait long time for my turn. I was in-n-out in less than 10 minutes with new service start, got all the equipment. I highly recommend this place

Get AT&T fiber you get way better internet then what cox will give you and they won’t charge you 100$ to send a tech out because the box at the street is messed up

Technician came & installed a service I did not request & made my bill an extra $100 monthly. Now I’m getting the run around from the call center to the in-person stores trying to resolve the issue. Highly annoyed & disappointed.

Cannot get me installed and are really bad when moving service. We were scheduled yesterday and they turned off our service when they were supposed to add tv. I then spent 3 hours on the phone trying to understand foreign nationals that have access to my private information, yet can't seem to help me fix anything. Terrible.

Picked up my Internet installation kit from this site. The lady who helped me was friendly. Quick and easy. Setting up my WiFi was a breeze.

Internet is spotty at best and lags all the time. High speed is nonexistent even after upgrades made in the neighborhood.

I talked to shondra in the call center and when i was expressing my frustrations she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Ive done call center work and it is not easy but it also not hard to be a decent person. I am cancelling my service.
