Called War Acres Cox store about returning a Panaramic gateway. They were getting ready to close and probably ready to leave. I was
fortunate enough to speak with Dakota who not only provided all the information I needing but went above then finding all the details I
needed regarding the return. Not only was Dakota super kind and knowledgeable but is undoubtedly one of the sharpest and kindest employees Cox has. Anyone going to the Cox store would be wise to ask for her she's a great employee and Cox is lucky to have her.

TERRIBLE. If you're looking for reliable internet - this ain't it. Folks at the store did their best, so I'm sorry to leave this review here. My review is for Cox as a whole.
In two short months, I've seen SEVEN TECHNICIANS (problems remain unresolved), tried TWO MODEMS and made THREE VISITS TO THE LOCAL STORE (whose hands are largely tied).
OUR INTERNET DROPS CONSTANTLY (Warr Acres). And I mean several times each hour - sometimes for days and weekends at a time. The techs are well-meaning and polite, but they can't always see notes detailing what has been done already - and most notes aren't visible to Customer Service (who believe I've had just two visits). No solution in sight.
The one recurring suggestion I hear from their personnel is "buy your own modem." Apparently, all Cox equipment is refurbished and their own team doesn't trust it. How can a company sell you a service and then tell you that the best way to get results is to upgrade (at your own expense) away from their tools? And no, they won't issue a credit to help you buy equipment that works.
SO... I've paid for two months of Cox ($70/mo) - a dozen hours of trouble-shooting and cancelling my own plans to meet techs, productivity lost without internet access, and the most Customer Service willing to credit was $38?
UNBELIEVABLE. I'd be so embarrassed to work for a company that treats its customers this way.

I visited this location on 8/26/2024 after running into some difficulties upgrading my TV and internet services online. Suffice it to say that some things are better done in-person... Dakota provided AMAZING service start-to-finish and took the time to design a package that met my needs! Whereas the internet team sent outdated Contour boxes that failed to boot properly, Dakota ensured that I had 2nd gen. boxes for all of my televisions and provided a generous loyalty discount. I've been a Cox customer for 25+ years, and Dakota is the first associate that truly made me feel like my longstanding business is recognized/appreciated. This is a phenomenal branch, staffed by helpful folks... thank you for your help, kindness, and professionalism, Dakota!!!

Constant outages and issues on a weekly basis. Then they sent me an offer to pay $39/month for cellular backup. How about just fix the internet I already pay for please?

I have written confirmation confirming from Cox confirming the price I should pay for 2 years. Price I pay goes up and Cox says there is nothing they can do. What good is a company if they won't even honor what they put in writing?

I had a great experience at this location. A technician left my house because my power went out, I got it turned back on in 10 minutes but they said they couldn’t come back for another week. Dakota Pierce made some calls for me and they were back at my house within 30 minutes. Great employee and great customer service!

Worst internet provider. Cox constantly has an outage. 2 days in a row and I run a business out of my home. I finally fed up with Cox and switching providers.

We’ve been experiencing some internet issues. We were helped over the phone and in store by Steven and Imelda. They were both very helpful and showed friendly customer service. We hope the strategies provide resolution.

I would give it Zero stars IF I could! We have spent a week trying to get our service moved from our old office to a new one and have continuously been lied to on setup days, transferred over and over again on the customer service line, can’t speak to any one of “management “, can’t get anyone to answer the phones at any of the actual stores. This has been a nightmare!!!! Only thing they will do is take your money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INTERNET!!!!

Internet issues for years still unresolved. Each tech swaps equipment or blames the last tech then leaves. Just had AT&T installed in my warehouse and have zero issues. Time to switch.
