Very bad service, I have had internet service for more than a year and it is never stable, I have the 1 GB download 100gb upload package and it always fails, I have not been able to see anything for 4 days because the internet is very slow. ..
but they never forget to charge for the full service

If I could give 0 stars I would, Internet is good but customer service is HORRIBLE. never answer the phone for customers and never return phone calls when voicemail is left

I have to give them at least 2 stars, because 1 star is reserved for AT&T. So out of no where, someone assumes there is something wrong with my internet and unhooks it. I get a text that a tech will be at my house 3 days later. Tech shows up, checks everything in the house, backyard and on the line and nothing is wrong. Some Cox person just unhooked me and no one can tell me why. The 5G modem is catching my attention too.
10/7/24 Update: They boast about reliability but this is a thing of the past. The service goes out several times a week.
EDIT: To anyone who cares, the post below is just lip service. You can contact them at cox.help and they never respond.

Awful service, tried charging me for a service i didn't have then sent it to collections when i refused to pay. Don't recommend. At&t is 10x better.

It was good expected for when I had to go back up there to pay them a little bit more because when I asked them how much it was they said it was just this amount and thats it but then once I got back home my internet was turned off and so I had to go up there again. And I wasn't to happy or thrilled about it either because I don't have a car and I have to ride the bus and it was hot that day.

They close at 6 not 7. Wish I could talk to someone as to why I'm being charged double, but can't seem to talk to anyone online or in store.

Too expensive just for internet. If I had cable and internet I'd understand the high price but I just need the wifi for the internet. Original bill is 110 just for that. If there is a solution to bring it down I'd much appreciate it.

This is worst internet provider you could possibly have. We have 4 hour + outages at least once a week. If I had another choice for internet in my area, cox would be GONE.

Honestly has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had their internet service for a decade and have had nothing but problems and outages. All they will do is send out a tech in about four days, before the tech gets out the Internet will be restored and the tech will do nothing. This will repeat over and over. They were the only company that provided service where I live so I couldn't go anywhere but now that there are other companies providing 5g modems I can finally leave this god awful company. My life will be infinitely better for not having to deal with this "company". May you're company go bankrupt and all investors go broke, Happy Easter. From someone who has to type this on my phone because my Internet is not working.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve spent hours and hours talking to reps about outages that have been plaguing the network for over two weeks. My partner and I work from home and have had to call out multiple times due to this and nobody is willing to give us an answer as to when this issue will be resolved. They haven’t even offered credits or anything. I’m always met with the same generic responses like oh we’re sorry the technicians will have that fixed right away. It’s been weeks man when tf will it get fixed??????

Pilar helped me both times that I went to Cox for information. She took her time, and she offered me the best service. I highly recommend Pilar!
