Know that this location is DIFFERENT from the Madera lot. This location is where you pickup the titles though.

Terrible service. Took over an hour to get my vehicle back. They loaded over 20 other vehicles for people that showed up after me because they didn't want to get out of their loader to take pictures of the vehicle. Wish zero starts was an option
