Left my 2015 Mercedes CLS 400 to troubleshoot the air loss in the airmatic suspension when in sport mode. The car was left in comfort mode there overnight before he took a look. The mechanic called me to let me know the car was fine. I asked if it was in comfort or sport when he checked and he hadn’t paid attention. I had left detailed instructions on when it loses pressure, but he refused to believe that it could lose air in one mode and not another. I told him I’ve seen repeated reports of this issue online and he told me that I could come fix the car online if I was such an expert. I then asked him if he knew of a reason that one mode might lose air and not another and he said he would have to put the whole car “in a tub of water to look for leaks.” At this point I was concerned that he couldn’t, or more likely didn’t want, to try to diagnose the problem. His tone was condescending and dismissive as soon as heard I had read anything about my own car. He told me he was done with it and to come pick it up. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer.

I just called this so called service shop, and the boy who talked to me on the phone was extremely rude. I just needed a quoted for a repair on my c400. I told the man child what was wrong having had it diagnosed. he asked me why I thought the timing tensioner was the problem, so I told him what it was doing and that it has already been found to be the problem. He refused to give me a quote and hung up on me. I don't see why its such a big deal to provide a price for a customer who is willing to spend a few thousand dollars at your business. who cares if you think it is the problem or not. I wasn't asking you to fix it, just a price to fix it. it is not a cheap repair so i wanted to find a good price.

So ive had to change my review. Took in my dads mercedes for a repair. When they got it out the same day that should've been a red flag. Roll bar and back windshield visor were stuck. Repair lasted for 3 days. My dad would not let them fix it again. Sent a letter very politely asking for a 50% refund. Didnt expect anything. Didnt get anything.Hours are not great either. I recommend going elsewhere. JJ

I’m so grateful to Continental Cars for fixing my Ignition Lock issue as promptly as possible despite the back ordered part. They were quick to diagnose the issue and meet the extensive Mercedes requirements to order the part. If you have an older Mercedes and need a trustworthy shop for your basic service to major repairs I highly recommend this business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time using Continental cars, Robert and his people did such a great job on my vehicle. I’m very thankful for the options, as well as his explanation of the repairs needed to get my car where it needs to be.Highly recommended especially for older Mercedes models! I was recommended continental and had them do a pre buy check on an 07 S550 4Matic and after advising me on what it needed, purchasing it had them perform the service it needed. I called them to see if they could take in my Mercedes, but the man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very passive aggressive and short. I would not recommend them.
