I goggle transmission places to get review and make my mind up who would fix my chevy truck. I talked to Mr. Conrad by phone several times just to feel him out and info what in all my rebuild should consist of and he explained very well. As a matter of fact he promised update parts. My truck is at his shop now being worked on so I can't review at the moment about the work,but I can tell you I met the family and I have complete trust in what he told me he'll do and he and his family was nice and friendly. Big clean shop too. I will update more after job is done.

After a horrible experience with Keith's Transmissions, Jeryme and his family took care of me and my family by quickly, efficiently, and caringly replacing our transmission in my husbands pickup. I couldn't have asked for better service. It was funny because Conrad's was recommended by two separate friends of ours, and without knowing it, my husband and I called Conrad's simultaneously. ? These people here are AMAZING and do great work! Just pulling into their parking lot, I felt like I was in the right place. It was pricey, but I believe it was well worth it.

Excellent service and great rates. Was told it would be done in 10 days. Had my truck back in 8 days. Very knowledgeable about the 6l80 also.

These guys have done 2 trans for me in 2 different vehicles. Always good to deal with. On the last one I picked up today, I forgot to tell them to inspect the rear main while in there. They did and it was leaking so they replaced it at a very fair price. You can't go wrong with them, and the new shop is huge and very nice and clean.

Great price. Charged what they said they would. Had an issue right after getting it back which they fixed immediately at no charge. I’ve put 10,000 miles on it since being rebuilt in August and it’s running flawlessly. Highly recommend

Only shop that works in my Mercury Mariner.Did great rebuilding my transmissionThey replaced motor mounts and a CV axle. Did I mention the are pretty prompt by fixing it fast.
