First off let me say I'm a frequent visitor. I love the morning crew, the owners and AM employees are fantastic. One day I came in later than I normally do and I saw an employee who I'd never seen before. He's a rather portly Latino male with a thin, wispy mustache. It was sweet, I believed they hired someone with an intellectual disability! I love businesses that support disabled people. But as I came more I realized that he isn't disabled, rather he's just not too bright. He consistently asks me how much change to give back, or just gives me the wrong amount and I have to correct him. One day on way way in I heard him very rudely and bluntly telling a Spanish speaking man that he doesn't speak his language and eventually kicked him out, yelling "GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM!"- seems counter intuitive to me. Anyway, I'd recommend this gas station from about 8am-2pm.

Needed a receipt after pumping gas but the store was locked up. Apparently there's only one clerk and they were in the restroom or who knows where so they locked up and never came back into the store while I was waiting. Finally gave up and drove off.

Sami's in South-West OKC is messed up.Bought gas, but the pumps were slow. To top it off my receipt came out SHredded! That's a first. Like the paper was fed through a pasta machine. Get it together hop-HEADS!!(might be the cbd dispensiary adjacent..)Rebel review: 1

Good prices but I've never met a clerk so rude in my life. No greeting and no thank you. Could tell he hated his job. Clerk goes and sets in his car in front of the store when no customers are in the store.

When we pulled in at around 7:45 pm on Sunday February 18th the cashier was outside smoking. After we went into the store the cashier cane in behind us. My husband said he walked up to the door and threw his cigarette at the trash can. And he could tell he was mad about something. At the counter the employee James was very non engaged wouldn't make eye contact etc. I tried to talk to him but he ignored me. Obviously this guy doesn't like his job and doesn't care who knows it. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen at a convenience store. I come to this part of the city often and this was my first visit to this station. Won't be back either.

Great store nice and clean all the clerks are very courteous very helpful very pleasing to see when you come in.

Will never come back again. I went in to get an .89 fountain drink and paid with change. She told me she would take my change this time but next time I have to pay with cash or card.

Very rude lady working at the counter at night . Very rude. Very rude. I will not go there again. Iam just start going to 7/11 across the street . Very rude lady .
