“I recently had a PC issue that was causing a yellow blink and loud chirp, preventing it from turning on. Upon arrival, the technician immediately plugged in my PC and observed the same yellow blink and chirp. Without hesitation, he removed the side panel, identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. Incredibly, my PC was up and running within 10 minutes.
What impressed me most was the technician's expertise and efficiency. While he modestly attributed the quick fix to luck, I believe it was his skill and knowledge that made the difference. My experience with ECO Electronics ITAD was exceptional, transforming a potentially long and frustrating ordeal into a quick and positive resolution.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I have to go up to the store to get any issue resolved. The customer service phone line is pretty much a joke and adds up to time lost.”
