can ya’ll please STOP writing the price DIRECTLY on the miscellaneous items. 20 minutes of scrubbing and all it did was smear the writing all over the item and not come off!!! It just ruins the items!!

I will never shop at your store again. I waited in line, got to the counter and the lady said the next person in line could go to the counter across the building. I asked her if she was closing. She said no. I was next so I stayed in that line. After she checked out the girl in front of me, she walked away. Didn't say anything, just walked to the other counter across the building. I had a cart full and I assume she didn't want to check me out. I had already removed my hangers so it would have been easy. So, I left. However, before I left I asked her if she just closed her line. She said she was helping the other lady. Never again!

Contacted the BBB. For upcharging (surcharges)for card use because there is no signage within 2 feet of register no explanation on recipe for over upcharge. Or the person doing the transactions plus in the state of Oklahoma you are only allowed a 2% max for surcharges. As of Nov. 2023. You might want to correct your surcharge.

You have added an additional tax, one of your own making, instead of raising prices. So now we pay an administrative tax, and a sales tax. No dressing rooms, but all sales final? I will go to another store from now on

The girls that work in this store are the sweetest girls I have ever seen in a store in this area!! I'm so grateful for that! Today a girl was too sweet with me and my family. He speaks perfect Spanish and English! She did not hesitate for a minute to help me, guide me and give me all the locations of the stores, she even offered to help me with the bags, thank you beautiful and kind girl!!! ! God bless you (I went to buy clothes for my family in my country and she was very helpful!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rudest store ever!!! Can't walk down the aisles because everything is so close together and then when you do get on one, a worker will rudely block your way. Horrible cluster mess and horrible customer service. And they will respond and tell you that you're lying, absolutely hilarious you do your own Google reviews obviously because you are one of the rude people that work there take some classes in proper etiquette

I was shocked to see how racist the workers were. We were in line 2nd place and a worker came up speaking in Spanish to all of the people behind us and started checking them out at another register. Then another girl told us she would get us at the other register and never showed up. I have never treated anyone like that and before Friday I had never been treated like that. We ended up walking out and left the stuff at the counter. I will never shop there again.
