Horrible customer service. I'm talking so bad. I asked a simple question very calmly about payment and what I was signing and the lady at the front said "what the hell? It's the last bill just sign it". There were 3 other people who work there that heard her say that and did nothing. Did not apologize or anything. They took forever and were bad communicators. Told me 2-3 weeks & it took 6. Horrible.

I wish it were possible to give less stars. My insurance company sent my vehicle here after an accident and dealing with this business made the experience so much worse. Originally I waited a little over a month, paid and my husband brought the vehicle home. That's when I noticed it was completely covered in glass still. The vents, the seats, the dash, floor, all had shards of glass embedded. My center console also would not work. The volume button originally sounded like there was glass underneath it, then stopped working altogether. The heater dial wouldn't turn off, and would jump from 2-5. My windshied leaked around my mirror, throwing water on the dash and driver. I contacted insurance, who advised me to take it back. Huge mistake. Thus began a few months long holding issue, where I would call almost daily trying to get ahold of someone, they never ever answered the phone. Then my insurance began trying to call, ONE time they were able to get ahold of someone wherein they admitted they didnt know how to fix it, and swore they were keeping me updated. When insurance said, no that isn't true, she's on the other line now would you like me to patch in? They hung up on my insurance claim advisor. Insurance said forget it, go get the car, and the shop tried to claim they hadn't touched my vehicle for repairs in all that time because of insurance. When I called the woman out on her lie she stomped off and slammed the door. Run, don't walk away from. Their business.Services: Body & Trim

Heed the other warnings and avoid this shop! They are not honest, do not do quality work, and do not take care of their customers.They did a shoddy repair and damaged my vehicle in the repair process and then would not fix it. I took my car to a different body shop who pointed out several issues with the repair they had done.Services: Painting

They repaired my car. They didn't do the job right, they didn't use the right equipment for the service, they didn't do a checkup or QUC before the delivery day. They took a lot of time to fix and didn’t get everything right. There were many details that they did not check. I am very dissatisfied with your service. ???Service: General repairs & maintenance

Buckle in, it's story time.Some of the worst repair services I've ever had with a company. Rude, unreliable, and poor service. Take this from someone who grew up with a father and step father who both worked within dealerships and shops.Recently, a part on my car stopped working after being replaced just under a year from when it was service. Per warranty, it was under them to be fixed.1. I made an appointment. The day I came in for the appointment, they couldn't seem to find it, but added me to the service for the day. I was told I would hear back around noon after they ran a diagnosis. I told them exactly what needed to be looked at and replaced. I waited until after 3 to call them back. They didn't answer. Then, about 5-10 minutes they called me back to tell me the result were inconclusive and would need to hold my vehicle overnight.At this point and due to the fact I had made the appointment and been given a day turn around from the first appointment conversation, I needed my car back by the EOD the next day.2. The next day came and I had to call them to see if the car was ready. Every time I spoke the the front desk receptionist, I was told they would contact me first. This was not the case.When I picked up my car that day, I asked what was wrong. It was the exact thing I told them that needed to be replaced along with a part that I knew would need to also be replaced as it usually breaks when tending to the original problem.Just to verify, I even made sure to ask if owed any costs to the replacement/repair as I would never want to take advantage of a service and wanted to double down on clarifying the cost being covered by the warranty.3. My car is now experiencing problems related to the maintenance they performed not even a month later.So, I called to see if they could look at it since the problem seemed to relate (all of this relating back to the temperature gauge/sensor and line needing replaced). Literally, my coolant light activated after my engine overheated.I was told they would call me back to verify if this was still covered. This was over a week ago. I never heard back.With all this said, these problems are even WORSE compared to the horrible service I also received from when Collusion Works still owned the company. Your customer service is rude and not reliable. I will make sure to refrain from ever recommending your company ever again and will gladly tell anyone of my experience with your services for those seeking car repairs.I now owe MORE MONEY than I would have had to originally paid to have repairs made due to the work your company performed causing even more issues to my engine. Let that sink in for any future customers who may seek out your services.Additional: Below they have responded saying "Rodney" has been in contact. Literally no one has reached out. This place is FANTASTIC! The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful. They got my car repaired and back to me in a quick manner. I really liked that they sent me text updates throughout the process with an estimated repair time and a text when it was ready to pick up. Not only did they repair my back bumper, they also cleaned the outside and the inside of my car which I did not expect!!! Top tier service - definitely recommend!Services: Painting

I scheduled my appointment over a month in advance and was told my bumper would be fixed in two weeks. When I dropped my car off, everything seemed fine, but after two weeks they were still not done. Each time I called, they said it would be a few more days. I received no notifications of any delays unless I called to ask. The most frustrating part was that sometimes I couldn’t get ahold of them at all because they wouldn’t answer the phone. And because of how long this took, I am now out of hundreds of dollars that I had to spend on a rental car. On top of that, when I finally picked my car up, they tried to charge me for more than they quoted for the repairs. Luckily I kept the original quote they gave me, so they ended up giving me the correct price. However, the guy who was taking my payment was refusing to lower the price until he saw the original quote, so clearly they don't keep very clear records. Finally, when I got home, I realized the front bumper stuck out a little bit on one side - like it was installed crooked. But after everything that had already happened and after reading other reviews I decided it wasn’t worth it to take it back in to get fixed. All in all, this was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

AAA referred me to this business and I took my vehicle in for body and windshield repair. After picking up my vehicle I noticed there is a bigger gap on one side of the bumper versus the other side. Also seem like they reused my original bumper but was quoted with a new one. I'm still deciding weather to take it back and have it fix or just live with the gapped. If I take it back I don't if they willing to do it right considering how many reviews I've just read about people taking there vehicle back two and three times and still not have the problems fix correctly.Services: Body & Trim

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this place!!! This is the most horrendous non-service I have ever encountered in my life! They have had my vehicle (and still do) for almost three months and have been promising my vehicle will be ready in the next week, or next few days for months now. Repairs were originally supposed to take 20 days. They have had my car since May, and yesterday I was promised my car by 5 pm. Around 4 today they said they needed just a little bit longer. They just called and said, “oh we had a problem.” Now we don’t know when I get my car nor do they have any solutions. This is gross negligence, best case scenario. I’m beginning to wonder if this isn’t something more serious like grand theft auto and they are putting me off to keep me from reporting it or something. Maybe they crashed it? I don’t know, but there is zero excuse for the lack of customer service and responsiveness and what a lousy excuse for a business. And not to mention we have caught them in straight up lies more than once just today! BEWARE!Services: Auto glass services

I’ve now had four repairs completed by three different Collision Works locations. I’ve had an excellent experience each time. They did take a little longer this time, but that’s understandable after the recent hailstorm. I also found a small piece almost hidden by the new bumper (I backed into a pole, thankfully it wasn’t in the hailstorm) that didn’t get painted. I haven’t had a chance to call them yet, but I’m sure it will be addressed quickly. I see some people are complaining about communication, I didn’t have any problem. The one time they had to have a technician return my call for the correct information it was within an hour or so. Collision Works is also a preferred repair center with Allstate Insurance, they paid their part directly to the repair shop and made obtaining my rental quick and easy. I also like the fact they are a locally owned company. Cheers Collision Works! I appreciate you guys and gals.

I am STILL trying to have the repairs taken care of properly and it has been to 3 different locations. If you care about Quality, you’ll Hate collision-works.Waited 8 weeks only for my car to be incomplete on the day of pick-up. Weather was bad back in February so I was understanding and patient. By the time I got my car back, No One who i dropped my car off with worked there any more.Upon further inspection, the door seal wasn’t installed correctly at all. I took it back where it sat for nearly 2 more weeks with little to no improvement.Their store manager at the deer creek location was very understanding and tried to fix the situation but I was once again disappointed after their attempted repair of door seals and peeling paint was not successful.My car is now at the East Edmond location to be Re-Painted yet again and I am finding that more damage was made to the car at some point that no one will admit to. This may have been the cause for the delay in the first place but at this point who knows.Do Not take your car to here for Any type of repair. No pride or honesty to be seen in this company.Services: Painting

My husband left a review so I will not go into extreme detail. They are not good at communicating at all, specifically not returning phone calls. I had to physically go to the shop to get answers and have a conversation. Minutes after I left the shop, I was adjusting my mirror that was supposed to have been fixed and it still does not work properly. Spent over $700 to a place that does not communicate properly and to end up having one of the repairs still not function the way that it should. I suggest going to another place.
