Poor service can’t get in touch with anyone at corporate A lady just always answers and says I’ll take a message and she said that that is as far as it’ll get as her taking a message today I got left on hold and then the call got disconnected The reason they’re getting such a poor rating is the fact that one person can’t own multiple vehicles and run it through their car wash. I seriously have to buy a membership for every single car.? Someone else will get my service! They have canceled my membership three times without my knowledge

Purchased the top wash and the results were mediocre. You can see on the vehicle where the brushes got to as well as where it missed which were a lot. The vehicle looked like it could go warp speed with all of the lateral dirty streaks. Club Car Wash is the only automatic car wash I trust and although it didn’t appear to have damaged the vehicle like some other brands, it sure was an expensive wash for such poor results. Other locations had better results.

Warning Warning!!!Watched brush rip antennae off worker brought me broken antennae said sorry for the damage but we don't cover that. I can do incident report but it will not matter. I will update with their email response.

I never thought I would pay a monthly fee to a car wash place to get my car washed. But I love it. I purchased one level from the basic and I run my car through there every Friday. My vehicle has never been cleaner. But then again I'm not one of those car nuts that kept my car clean before Club Car Wash. So admittedly it was a low bar to exceed.

The car wash literally busted out my 3rd back light and scraped the top of my truck. The only reason why I thought to even look up there is because about half way through the car wash, water started coming in the top of the back of the truck.

Horrible place to wash your car. Even if they are responsible for damage to your vehicle, they Wiesel their way out of responsibility by bullying and lying. Piss poor excuse for a business. Use Charlee’s instead, at least they stand behind their memberships!
