Love everything about cliff!! It’s a vibe, and you can’t get it at just any gym. Absolutely adore the staff here and the trainers. This is where I found my girl Macy. 10/10 recommend to hit your fitness goals.

Such a great place with all the right equipment!I like to box and they have plenty of room and like 5 bags. Four water filled teardrop bags which are great for hooks and uppercuts and really being able to throw hard punches since the water bags have a good amount of give.They also have a nice, big, contoured heavy bag so you can work on hooks and uppercuts to the body while also hitting it like a normal heavy bag. This is great for being able to work really long combinations in sequence on the same bag since the contours allow you to land punches from any angle you want, really.Three of the four walls are covered in mirrors so you can really keep an eye on your stance, posture and form regardless of where you are while working the bags.Bonus points and extra credit for the towel service, clean locker room and the nicest amenities and cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen in a gym in Oklahoma.

Don’t waste your time this facility equipment is cramp together making it uncomfortable to work out, high rates and poor communication with billing. Save your money and go to PT Fitness

The cliff gym sent me to collections after about a year and a half after I stopped going to cliff, they were requesting me to pay over a year in gym fees even tho I had canceled my payment and stopped showing up completely. They claim they have a contract but I never signed one regarding payment, we tried to pay with cash to avoid the entire situation but they refused and told me they don’t accept cash, only card.

Beware! This gym is small, they put equipment in places that has and does have the potential to do damage to their gym THEN have the audacity to tell the customer that its their fault when things get broken due to use. Mirrors that go to the floor with free weights in front on them. Their customer service is awful, the girls that work there are extremely rude and treat people with disrespect. They will even call friends of friends to smear your name. There are a ton of better gyms, find a different one.

They have some super delicious protein shakes! It taste like a thick milkshake without all the guilt! The people that own it are good people as well. It's right off the turnpike so it's very convenient to grab on the go! They also have teas!

I signed up yesterday and I’m very content thus far! The staff (Abby) was very cordial and genuinely helpful. She made the sign-up process very smooth and straightforward. Also, she offered me one of the teas that they sell and it was very tasty and gave me a good kick of energy! The gym’s atmosphere is awesome as well. All the equipment you need for any goal and/or style of training is there. I definitely see myself there long-term to smash some fitness goals and train hard

Outstanding! This is going to be my new gym. Went in for a tour and found this to be the perfect gym in size, space and accommodations.I saw ? two personal trainers and they were very friendly and attentive to their clients.Enrollment cost is $54.00 and monthly $45.00 but it is well worth it I believe. There is also a nutrition bar inside for grabbing a good smoothie on your way out. Can’t beat it!
