Beware! I specifically told this agency to have the state mail the tag renewal letter to me in lieu of emailing it, and they-did-not. All they had to do was check the box that says “Mail”. As a result, I did not know that my tag needed to be renewed (bad memory, which is why I requested a hard copy) and paid an exorbitantly high late fee and cop citation—wow. On top of that, the wait is far too long and the service is cold. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Unreliable.

Lazy employees, refuse to help even when the lobby is near empty. Bring back businesses that help folks and provide customer service. A tag agency should be able to do a license easily with no hassle. It takes 5 min tops.
