My mother in law after our lunch with "friends," said she needed dome new shoes to wear to church, so we took her to the OKC Outlets to find some new shoes. I took her to a place that my late mother and I used to frequent for comfortable shoes. She ended up finding a pair to her liking, and they were very nice looking. I would never stear her wrong when it comes to shoes, and she seemed to like the vibe of the store, so it made a pleasant experience overall.

Never ever again would I buy Clark shoes. I get it if I had the shoes for two years but my bottoms soles fell apart and I have to super glue the bottom. I have never super glue the bottom of my shoes. They are some expansive shoes and only lasted for a year and a half. Kmart special has lasted longer than Clark’s Never again! They got me.

This Clarks outlet is great prices. Run specials like yesterday was 2 pairs for $89.99 ? Or each of mine were 44.99. Good price for Clarks sandals. Good selection right now. The Best ones are usually on the end display or table at front. There is one isle which maybe the new ones in. I was disappointed when Dillards quit carrying them. Service there is always really good. Someone will actually help you. So thanks to two working Sat tax free day, and cashier was Debra. I will be back in a couple months for fall shoes, not just shoes but comfy shoes!

It used to be that the "customer is always right"... while I don't agree 100% with that statement I do think that the customer HAS some rights while shopping. My experience today was awful to the point that I decided while at the register to NOT make my purchase. My husband and I entered the store complying with the unconstitutional demand of wearing a mask. We were greeted with mumbled masked voices, I have no idea what was said. We proceeded to the back of the store and chose some shoes to try on... I had to use my husbands shoulders for support because the benches were stacked with stock! We then went to the register. I mentioned to the cashier that it was very poor customer service to have all of the benches unusable, her response was "we are changing out the stock" (sad that they were doing that on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon). Another, possibly more senior staff member came to the register and was even more rude about the situation to the point that we were now very insulted and decided to not make the purchase. It took another 3-5 minutes for her to make the "return" and never once did they seem bothered by the fact that they were losing a $90 sale.We actually had been warned earlier in the day by some friends about the staff's rudeness... I wish I had headed their warning. I doubt that I will ever shop there again.

i literally hate it there today.. They have very poor customer service!!!! i don’t know that lady name, but she was so rude. she was on her phone all time And has so much attitude!
