Would leave 0 if I could worst experience ever bought vape didn’t work at all then next one taste like NOTHING aswell have to wait week for refund because they can’t just swap it even tho you already paid??? Like tf and 3 guards take your hoodie off like??? Is this a bank or a weed shop w vape store attached horrible experience will not be back ever

Got two vapes one was burnt right off the other one lasted 2 hrs then it started tasting like it was burnt too do not go to this place it’s a joke

Wow, walking in is like entering a luxurious mini mall. Hallway with glass doors all the way back each show casing the wares. Vape shop at the back. Nice place.

Buyer beware. Counterfeit vapes? Most places have you test the vape before you leave, as they do. However, if it stops working, as in the case of the last two that I bought there, they won't take them back. Same day, 3 hours later. Where is that no refund rule posted in your store?

The young man that helped me LISTENED to what I was asking for he offered REAL solutions! My service dog was welcomed. He earned a couple of extra small sales from me and an absolute dedicated customer in the future. I live 40 miles from here and there are vape stores across the street, but I'll travel the distance just for the knowledge that I'm leaving with exactly what I went in for! KUDOS Vape City for finding this gem for customer service!

They mix their own vape juice. They have a lot of pipes and trays. They have sale juice that you can't beat the price. They are always kind when I visit. They never give me a hard time for asking questions. The glass is really cute. The carb caps were one of a kind. They have glass blunt tips. Water pipes and much more.
