Please avoid this place at any and all costsIt’s not just specifically this branch, but the entire bank altogether. I’m going on 12 hours without having debit card or banking services.To be without the debit card and be able to access and have any transactions at all to spend money on my family or my one-year-old son is absolutely unacceptableOn the 45 minutes is that our systems are down and we don’t know when they’re gonna be back.I will be closing my account immediately hopefully their systems can actually do that

All city national banks… beware of these bank scammers. They will charge you multiple times for a checking account, I am a single mom of 2 boys and had 135 dollars in my checking account, my card was used fraudulently the next morning and my account was negative 16 dollars, some scammer used my numbers fraudulently, ahhh!!! they told me they would dispute it but would take 30-90 days to refund my money and the overdraft that they would charge me the next day. Horrible horrible. You don’t do people like this especially when I pay many monthly fees and keep my weekly money with them.. be careful with them!! Me and my kids deserve to eat just like the ceos do!!!!

Everyone at this location also goes the extra mile, also really professional along with being personal. I really want to thank Snowbird for telling me about some of the new services and products that City National Bank has for small businesses.Thanks again everyone at all the branches . Every location I have visited over the years have been great.

I’ve banked with this bank for over a year and I’m convinced they just charge for whatever, I have three account service charges just in the month of December it’s ridiculous. Chime may not be a real bank but at least I get to keep all my money.
