We have been banking with them over 10+ years and If I could give a negative -0 today I would. From negative staff and 0% customer service to messing up transactions BAD! But coming Monday their branch manager and their superior will be getting a nice call from me.

Makia went above and beyond to help me with a banking issue I had. She was courteous, friendly and showed true customer service. I wanted to give her an accommodation for her willingness to take time to help me during a stressful situation I was experiencing. Thank you, Makia!

This place has the absolute worst customer service. The manager was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Do not use this worst excuse of a bank. They will screw you over. If I could do zero stars I would.

Literally done with their ATM, twice this week it’s been out of service!! So inconvenient when I drive all the way to my bank for a no ATM fee & it doesn’t work!

I opened a bank account with CNB 8 yrs ago. I then closed it for Bank of Oklahoma on S Western Ave. I went back to the branch on S Western and the customer service is still top notch. If there's a long wait time it's because a customer in front has a big problem or is doing business with a banker. Typically the line isn't long. My direct deposit is always on time. I am happy paying for early pay but it comes in handy. The drive up ATM at times has issues but works most of the time. Hopefully that will change soon.
