Claudia at the service department was horrible. The entire bank is not a place you would like to bank with. They charge for so many little things. Make sure you check your accounts for missing money. The customer service is rude. Honestly if you’re looking for a good bank go with WeOkie!

I live in the neighborhood by Walmart, so I go here all the time and I always seem to have Jessika Lerma I love her she is so nice she’s always so kind and she’s always quick with service. Never waiting there too long. She always keeps the conversation going and it’s always nice to see her.

Gave it only a three because I don’t like the fact that you have to pay them to store your money. The employees were fun and knowledgeable. Maybe I’m old but I remember free checking accounts with the option to upgrade to a better account with more perks for a fee. Every where today you gotta pay. It’s just the time we’re in I guess idk. Another $3.95 cent added to my already bills. ?
