    If you don't need all the fancy stuff just a good local place to train go to City Jim

    For the price it is pretty good. The equipment could be a lot better. The barbells are all poorly maintained and some of the ends are close to falling off. Some are seized up and won't spin freely.

    The plates be all over the place but overall the gym has the feel of a no nonsense gym.

About City Gym

We are a private training facility. Old school mentality with new school principals. The music is loud and we don't have televisions on the wall. The AC is set on 82 for a reason! If you're a true gym rat looking to get away from the "grunt alarm", we might just be the spot for you. Please call or text for more info.
