2024 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! My 4 year old daughter came home with what I thought was an allergic reaction with large welps on her face and neck. I took her to the ER and was told that she tested positive for THC. I tried to talk to the daycare about the situation and give them an opportunity to find out what exactly happen. I asked for them to look at the cameras and was told they didn't see anything. I then asked if the staff could be drug tested and was told that they would get back to me which they did not, nor have they since then. Not too long after I asked for the staff to be drug tested did the staff go from completely full to barely anyone at the facility at all. The daycares manager implied that she got it from home which I know for a fact that she did not and I took a drug test myself to prove that. Nothing has been done about the situation since then. My kids were only there for about 2 months before this happen. The only thing that I've received form dealing with this daycare at all were thousands of dollars in medical bills. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

this was my daycare as a little girl and till this day i get told stories that my grandma remembers how badly they treated me and how unprofessional the workers are. till this day they are awful feeding kids spoiled milk and physically harming them. this place needs to be closed down ASAP!!!! ???

Me and my son love this daycare center , he loves his teacher and talk about her at home . He also enjoys being in his classroom with all friends he also talks about at home . He loves telling me what he did in class for fun. My son looks forward to going every morning he knows all the staff and they greet him every morning and the staff are always so kind and happy to greet your child. The office staff always have a open door to come in and talk about anything ! I totally recommend the center to others your children will love the experience!

They found any little reason to send my daughter home and to the doctor, her little self being poked and proded at multiple times, bc this happend more than once, to test just for the doctor to say nothing was wrong with her and the tests come back negative everytime, continuously messing with my work. Would not recommend this daycare if you have a strict work schedule

Could leave 0 stars if possible, my son had asthma and almost has a respiratory failure cause the director failed to inform us there was an RSV case in his classroom, 3 weeks later the same issue with a COVID case, he was on soy formula and they never provided it cause it was ‘Impossible’ to get it anywhere (store around the corner was always stocked) he would sometimes be fed with regular formula even when . My 4 year old was so comfortable under miss Brandy’s care until she was moved into another classroom where she just wouldn’t stay without crying or saying she was afraid of the teacher, when we spoke to Keneise she just said that teacher wasn’t her employee so she couldn’t do anything, 6 months later that same teacher was suspended for child abuse. This daycare is constantly under DHS investigation to the point where Sunbeam program decided to terminate their participation because the funds meant to provide for the children were destined to this woman’s personal expenses.Don’t trust Keneise, she doesn’t care about you or your children, she doesn’t even care about the teachers to the point where there’s constant shortage of personal cause no one can stand her.

I have been bringing my children here for 2 years now and they love the teachers and the staff here is amazing to me and my children. I wouldn't want to take my children to any other facility.

I absolutely love this daycare! Me and my daughter recently relocated from out of town and I was nervous staring her in a new daycare. I'm so happy I found this daycare. I love the daily reports I get they are so detailed and include pictures. My daughter loves it here. She has been here for about a week and she is already thriving ❤️ The staff is amazing and they tell me how my daughter did everyday along with the daily report. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone!

This is the first daycare my son has been too , and I can absolutely say they take good care of him . His teachers are awesome ! They send updates pictures and videos through the app also you can call in check on your babies or stop by . They’re loving , caring and most of all friendly . They have patience with my child , and takes the time to learn about him and help him learn . I will not be relocating anytime soon . I want to say thank you to Keneise the director , for running a great daycare and hiring great teachers ! She always welcoming and helpful , very nice love her a lot !! Also Ms Graciela the EHS Director I love her to she always caring and loving . In most definitely is here for your babies And you . So despite all the negative reviews this daycare is AMAZING . Also want to say thank you to my son Teacher Mrs . Maria who will no longer teach there . She was so wonderful we will miss her dearly ! Wishing her the best in life !

I must say, you can't trust too many daycare facilities in the metro area. But this daycare has far been the best one my son has been attended. As soon as my son teacher recognizes any concerns with health she make sure I am aware. My son loves his teachers and friends as well! He comes home with nothing but positive things to say about how his day went. They also make sure I receive everything that I drop him off with. When that has definitely been an issue at most daycares. Ms. Keneise is a great director! She is very genuine and goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are well taken care of. She is very welcoming and has a positive attitude everytime I come in!

Let me just say as a very nervous and over protective mother, 204 is absolutely fantastic. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful. My daughter absolutely loves the director and all of her teachers and they love my baby right back. When problems do arise and they will anywhere, I feel comfortable going to the director and talking to her. Every one of the staff members are caring and show great kindness and knowledge. I get amazing pictures throughout the day of things my daughter is doing. I love getting the pictures, sometimes that's the only way I make it through my day is seeing how happy my little girl is. I get a report sent to my phone on what they are reading, what they are eating, how much she ate, and even their activities. I love it, I feel even though I am away from her, I am still a part of her day. My daughter also gets her therapy there. I can't tell you how happy I am about the choice I made to put her in 204 and how thankful I am for everyone there.

My daughter has been attending for about 2 years and she loves it! I love the way we’re welcomed each morning by the admin & the teachers!! I love how we get pictures in their daily reports of their summer camp field trips! I get to see the fun she had while I was away at work!

*€This review has been updated. I changed my rating from 5 to 1 - after several things happened. Read previous review then read the last paragraph.**My grand daughter is new to the center. Having an early childhood background, I toured a few centers and felt like this particular location was where she needed to be. I was given a tour by the Director, shown the classroom she would be in and Camille answered all of my questions.The classroom looks nice and smells clean. There are plenty of materials for the children to engage in play with. The Master Teacher is very approachable but and I feel like she communicates with my grand daughter's mother and I; in an appropriate, professional manner. I like working close enough to be able to visit my grand daughter whenever I can. Her face is clean, nose is wiped and I can tell that her diaper has been checked/changed - which are things that are important to me.If anyone is looking for a center, I would HAPPILY RECOMMEND this location!Update!!!Sadly I had to report this center to DHS. DHS did an investigation and confirmed 2 out of 3 allegations. You can look up ANY childcare center up and find out if the center has any DHS violations along with results from each DHS visits that are done. I will NOT refer anyone to this center!!

Went in there for a tour and employees attitude was awful. No one greeted me, everyone stared at me like I was an inconvenience. I asked if I could take a tour I got no response instead a lady just handed me a form and said you have to fill this out. I felt like I was in a room full of mean girls in high school. Mind you I lasted 2 minutes in there. I told them I would just do it another time because honestly if employees made me feel that awkward in 2 minutes I don't even want them around my baby. I took two other tours today and I'm only comparing to how welcoming & happy they were. I don't even know how this place has so many good reviews???

Both of my nieces attend this daycare and they love their teachers and classmates very much. The staff is helpful. They know parents and children by name. They've recently gone to tablets to do their daily reporting for what the kids do during the day and send me emails with attachments/pictures so that I can see what my nieces do during the day. This is a good daycare!
