Worst experience at this particular location. Waited for 25 minutes in line with no cars in front of me for my check to be CASHED. I then get my envelope which was $10 short. I got back in line to explain I had a chase account and sent in the card as well as the envelope and my DL. They proceeded to take another 15 minutes of my day to tell me they couldn’t give me all my money and that it was a fee for no account. I got upset with the gentleman & asked why his location was ANY different than any other locations across the metro and he then told me they weren’t correct. They also did not even tell me or ask me up front if I wanted to proceed either way when I was cashing the check before just taking my money and not even asking me if I am okay with that “fee” they can’t waive supposedly like every other CHASE bank in the city with a chase card. Also scribbled on my check when I requested it back instead of just stamping it cancelled!

I simply called to see what I needed to open up a checking account here. The representative put me on “hold”, which consisted of me listening to representatives help other customers for 19 minutes and I finally hung up. Definitely will not open up an account here.

Worst drive thru bank I’ve ever experienced. 15 minutes in the business line with two cars in front of me. Another 15 at the window. Asked why so long and was told they wait on customers first! What are we the business customers? Totally unacceptable. Obvious from reviews the business customers are second rate. We don’t deposit real money? Will reevaluate our bank, personal and professional.

I love this location but can yall add a extra ATM OUTSIDE it makes no sense that it's the only chase bank on this side of town and only have 1 dang ATM lime everytime ......

The bank tellers are slow and unresponsive. Management has to be pretty bad and no one in the place should make over 10$/hr based on their service. I did talk to a guy in their Business Department that was very helpful, but that has nothing to do with this location and their employees. Just my two cents.

While I have enjoyed going there and using the drive thru and most of the time my business is handled very well by most of the staff . But there is one in particular that is always in a foul mood .I’m as nice and polite as I can be to her but she doesn’t seem to care she never greets me when I pull up to the window never says thank you or asks how I’m doing I ask her how she’s doing and I get nothing but a dirty look back at me . Like I said I’m as nice as I know how to be to this one teller but I get treated like she just stepped in dog poop .. if she wants to act like that then perhaps she needs to find another line of work… her name is cheyanne … the rest of the employees there are very nice and very friendly towards me and are always glad to see me … I don’t know what her problem is with me or why I get nothing but dirty looks from her even after paying her a compliment I didn’t even get a smile or a thank you… despite that I will still continue to bank at that location…

Good bank with locations everywhere, good for my purposes. Minimum balance requirements to avoid monthly fees are too high.

The behavior exhibited by the management was highly unprofessional as she made every effort to avoid assisting us. Her expression turned into a smirk upon noticing my expired ID, and she displayed clear disgust upon seeing my renewed one. Despite this, she remained adamant in her refusal to provide any assistance. It is evident that the management at this place lacks the necessary training in empathy.
