Spouse had account with Chase for several years. Carried good positive balance. Reason he is getting ready to close his account is 12/7 fraud charge. Debit card canceled. $5.00 to get new card, or wait @ 5 days. Got new card 12/9. 12/11 new fraud charge on new card he hasn't used yet. Another $5 charge to get card before 5 days. 5 *'s catching fraud, subtract 3 *'s for charging $5.00 each time for "expediting" card.

This may be my second review , but I recommend this bank highly and without reservation. Linh is phenomenal. She brings hope to an industry that has had to cut back in service and staff, but she and her branch manager came through for us in an incredible way. I can’t thank them enough . Bring your money and business here !!

Terrible bank to do business with, they will place a holds on your checks that they have received the funds for. Definitely recommend a different bank for business and personal accounts.

Really lucky to have this bank close to me. Been with Chase JP Morgan over 15 years. Other banks don’t compare. At this location, I’ve dealt with Sarah, Liz, Karina, Austin & they’ve all been friendly & helpful every time.

Every one who uses a Chase ATM should know this fact: JP Morgan Chase is the #1 investor (of ALL US banks) in fossil fuel infrastructure. This after having agreed at past world climate forums to help to bring down the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere. Chase, you have my grandchildren's blood on your hands. User, you do too. Think twice before you give Chase your ATM bank fee.
