One of my sons needed new shoes. We visited three other stores in this mall and none of the employees customer service could stand up to that of Marquise G. He listened to our concerns and showed us multiple options that would fit our needs. I watched as he provided that service to every customer that entered the store. I will be back because of him.

So my boyfriend went into the store and was showing me what he bought from another store while we were on FaceTime and he stated that they had nice shorts and he was going to spend money in the store after walking around for maybe 3 minutes and after they didn’t see anything a female associate approached him stating that she was watching him the entire time and needed to see if he put anything in his bag. This is highly unprofessional and I’m honestly flabbergasted as I’m hearing the entire conversations. So not only did they lose two customers visiting from out of town but this entire experience has put a bad taste in our mouths not only for the company but also their experience. We will not be supporting another champs or this mall because of this terrible and down right disgusting experience. That is NOT how you approach people period.

Have to compliment this Champs team for handling tax-free weekend flawlessly. Such a great job! With a store full of people every single team member was knocking it out of the park. They handled a massive amount of customers with ease, traffic flow was awesome, they checked on us multiple times, got sizes quickly, and every team member had a positive and helpful attitude. After a full day of shopping at an overly busy mall this was our last stop, and it was most certainly the best stop. Great job to the team! Well done!
