Received our items quickly and they were exactly what we ordered, but when we needed to return 2 of the items, it all fell apart. I had to send numerous emails to customer service to get the return processed, when it was finally processed 3 weeks later it was for the wrong amount (they did not include sales tax), and was not even for the correct net amount of the items. I emailed back and forth with Shelley, who was very professional and helpful, but seemed to put a lot of the blame on the "their system" processed returns. So while the items they sell are good quality, you'd better plan to keep them because returning them and getting a refund takes a lot of your time.

Ordered this from Amazon and came without a water cap. So inconvienent!! Looked at the reviews on Amazon and this happens all the time! Smh

Excellent bag. It has held up to significant abuse, even though it is kept on a patio near ocean. Great gloves as well.

In my experience everything went very well. My package was in tact, delivered in a timely manner, and when I opened up my package to look at the custom embroidery I was amazed at the work that was done it was very good. I would definitely refer anyone to this company. The custom work was very professional and the customer service was very helpful, polite, and nice. They knew what they were doing. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Century Martial Arts see you soon.

Waiting on gee for my daughter , was to be deliver overnight and still waiting , the competition is on Sunday. We ordered it on Monday. Sept 11. 2023. Told it would be delivered by Friday, then told problem with size when I chk on Wednesday and canceled to reordering new size do to size 3 no longer in stock. The lady was great and help me re-create a new invoice but today is Sat ? Need to still sent out to cleaner to starch prior to competition

My company has ordered from Century Martial Arts for a long time. Over the years, the product lines have changed multiple times, shipping containers have been lost or turned over in the ocean per an actual conversation with CMA staff and multiple product changes have made me limit my ordering with this company. Really disappointed in the constant change that continues to take place. It's never simple to place orders respectfully. I order the bare minimum.

Century martial arts uniforms are of exceptional quality, made to wear and last for years. They were out of a uniform just before Christmas and I was wanting to give it as a Christmas present to our son. They went out of the way to ship one out as soon as it came back in stock and it made it here in time for Christmas! Then I had to return it after Christmas because it was too small. I called them and they shipped out the larger size and we had it the next day! Exceptional customer service!

Website was very slow & frustrating & not updated apparently. Said items were unavailable or out of stock. Called customer service. Was connected within a few minutes. Service agent was helpful & completed my order over the phone. She was able to locate my items & show that they were in stock. Other than the website, service was good.

Bar far my worst vendor I have. Every time I order the order is magically “stuck” in some virtual vortex. The process when ordering from their customs takes me around 3 - 4 months from start to finish before I see an item. After COVID, sometimes 5 - 6. I ordered a shipment of BJJ gi’s 2 months ago and the order was just entered into their system today. I’m never informed of back order items and last year I was being charged for patches I didn’t even have in hand. Sometimes I’m told they can’t even view their own PDF files that have been placed on the website. Agreeing with previous review, shipping is outrageous but if you have a drop ship landing page with their platform partner it’s a flat fee under $7 for your customers..? Even on a Wavemaster? Hmm…

I have purchased hundreds of uniforms from Century. They arrive quickly and are good quality. Side note they seem to run long so often need cut and hemmed.
