BEWARE - The "Bait-n-Switch" is STRONG w/this 1! So, as I always do, I read the reviews and wanted to give them a fair shot thinking to myself that perhaps some of the reviews were just by people who'd had a bad day, or didn't seek clarity through a phone call to the store before going in. I was wrong . . . I can confirm that, as of mid December 2023, the reviews that essentially call this place a snake in the grass for a "bait-n-switch" style of purchasing used items, they are correct. I'm a freshman at OSU, just wrapped up my first semester and was needing a little extra cash for bills as this first semester was more expensive than I'd budgeted for. I called them up, asked how it works, and explained about my XBOX 1s being in great working order free from stains and damage, and that I had planned on doing the most recent update, then factory wiping it but wanted to ask before doing so. I asked about cost and said I had 2 good working controllers, the HDMI & power cords, and charging stands. They informed me they would pay $90 for the unit +1 controller, then an additional $20 for the second controller. At the end of the phone call, I EXPLICITLY asked, "Is there anything else I need to know regarding a transaction like this??"; they said no. I drove 1hr20min from Stillwater to their NW location in OKC to have them tell me that, due to the "Start" & "Select" buttons on 1 controller being not too responsive (which is bs because I tested EVERYTHING before leaving), and there being "too much 'drift'" in the thumb sticks of the other, they would only give me $45. $45?!?!?, the controller is HALF THE PRICE of the unit itself?!! I was appalled. I argued for a minute with them but they didn't seem to care either way. So I said, "Ahhhh, I SEE how you make your money here...don't worry, it won't happen to me or anyone I know ever again. Bet on that. Just gimme the $45 and I'm out." That being said, I personally warn ANYONE against selling them anything! You're much better off just posting it on eBay, FB Marketplace...hell, sell it to a friend, neighbor, or family member. Hold onto it and trade it in for store credit at GameExchange or GameStop! Don't get suckered by this company...but they WILL at least do it with a smile lol (not that that makes it any better...) The ONLY reason they got a second star was for returning my game that I had left in the console, and providing a paper sleeve for it. ***Btw I'd bet the cost of my degree that the 5* reviews are either paid for, fake accounts they made, or people close to them***

I called the day before yesterday and ask if they would buy my 12 pro and I told him on the phone he quoted me a price fine thank you , he was very cool on phone , then I ask him well there is something wrong with the battery and I have to use a plate instead of a regular charger because of the port or somethings messed up and he said oh OK well we usually we usually take them as long as thye insane condifiton to just tak anyways and I said OK, but you could actually just fix it and take it off that what are you give me back basically if they fix phones, I didn't know if they did or not and then read the reviews. It looks like they do so then I went up there yesterday to make the money off the phone and they told me it would just cancel it like no effort we just can't look at the phone that way and I don't know who said I don't know who tell you that and I was like it was just really like trying to get me to get pushed out so I felt like and I literally went up there because they told me it was ago yet the day before so if the managers want to get in contact with me and we can discuss this again that would be great because I'm kind of frustrated about it because I needed the money and yes Adulting sucks and I'm not ashamed of a minute cause I got on the phone was really nice since I'm trying to give you guys an extra chance to help me figure it out, at least have a great day

Management has really done a great job turning this place around. I received excellent customer service and a phenomenal product. I had the pleasure of working with Austin, Connor and Don. Each made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and fully satisfied. The store was extremely clean and smelled good as well. I am very excited about the direction the store is going. Stop by for all of your gaming and electronic needs.

Have purchased several phones from CDR. I’ve never had a issue with any of the devices. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was how many devices I had to preview before purchase due to scratches on used items but the pricing is all the same. So if I’m paying either way I want a device that’s scratch free

Fiancé and I went to the other location(I-240) and got a phone that didn't work so we decided to head here instead to exchange it. We were helped by Austin who was extremely helpful and patience with us while we selected a different phone and set up with Metro (which was a miserable experience no fault to Austin at all). Overall our experience here was ALOT better than what we received from the I-240 shop. Big ups to Austen for his assistance we left happy customers.

We went here, ready to purchase 2 phones and even called prior to driving all the way there to make sure they had exactly what we needed. We walked in and told them we had called and we were there to buy the phones. They then lied to us and said that AT&T phones could not be used with Cricket. (That is completely false.) They said we needed to buy unlocked devices. We were willing to do that, until they said they didn’t even have the phones we needed, only the newest ones. Needless to say, we walked out of there and bought NOTHING. We called CDR South and talked to Chase and he got us fixed up. Oh, AND…we’re using AT&T phones with Cricket!! If you need a good phone, save your time and just go to CDR South!!

Horrendous customer service. We walked in and the employee aggressively yelled “hello.” We browsed at the phones for awhile and it took a long time for anyone to approach us. They have lowered the standard when it comes to buying phones. A few years ago they did not buy phones with scratched screens , but they do now. More products but lower standards.

Bought some AirPods Pro 2 from them and brought them back a week later because the noise cancellation wasn’t working now they tell me it’s nothing they can do when he told me if it stop working bring them back.
