Rude customer service called on the phone to sell a TV that I have no need of anymore and called to ask for an estimate and when I asked what they would do. Someone said "I would be embarrassed if I had to sell something" and then proceeded to hang up on us. That was very rude and unprofessional you work at a resale store where people sale items. Sorry that I have items that I no longer need because I got something better

They'll always lowball you. Called for a price to sell a TV, was told "yeah we can give you $400 but we are gonna sell it for $800." How does that even make sense. Not the first time ive been told they would give me even less than half of what they would plan on selling it for. At least they are honest scammers who will tell you they are gonna scam you out of your money. Called the other location and they offered $750 for the same TV, at least they are smart. Will be going there from now on.

Don’t waste your time
Took a i phone 13 nearly no damage beside very minor scratch on screen from normal wear and tear
He told me 250 over the phone and when I bring it offers me 85$ because he has to replace the screen
Cost of screen is 135. I asked well if you are paying 250 for the phones and you deduct what you have to repair than why only offer 85 wouldn’t you offer the 120
No negotiating just no only pay 85$
I guess I don’t understand they sell the phone for 400$
I drove from el Reno and obviously broke and needed the money or I would go walked out

Ricky and Alex were awesome! I was having problems with a phone I had bought and they helped me figure it out and even transferred my iCloud to the new phone. We were in past closing and they were so professional about staying later. 10/10 recommend!
