I recently purchased a truck from Joe Cooper of Edmond and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the purchasing process was smooth and easy thanks to Tyler Mobley, the promises made on the "we owe" sheet fell short in a major way.
The dark essentials package, which was supposed to be included, was not completed in a timely manner as well as things being removed and changed that were not supposed to be. Additionally, the seats were not cleaned as promised and to my satisfaction the only thing that was somewhat okay was the radio was indeed fixed but that’s the only thing they finished as promised.
It's disappointing to have invested in a vehicle only to be let down by the lack of follow-through on important details. I expected better quality service from Joe Cooper of Edmond, and unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling quite dissatisfied. It took almost a month to finally get things finished.
Overall, I would not recommend Joe Cooper of Edmond if you’re gonna have after work done based on my experience. It's essential for them to fulfill their promises to customers, and in my case, they fell short of expectations.

Suddenly found ourselves in need of a second vehicle and the staff at Joe Cooper came to the rescue!
Alina Murphy was so incredibly knowledgeable and professional! She didn't try to pressure us into a vehicle we didn't need, and instead, she worked hard to find us a great truck within our price range that perfectly suits our needs.
Thomas DesRosier also went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home while we waited for financing to bring us back for signing.
Shout out to Zack in finance! He helped us determine the best warranty package for our vehicle that didn't break our budget.
Our overall truck shopping experience at Joe Cooper Ford in Edmond was exceptional and because of the extensive service checklist all vehicles go through before being sold there, we are confident our truck will be there for us for many years to come!

Dillon Moore helped me and he was amazing! But I would never suggest anyone to buy from joe cooper of Edmond. The managers knew I wasn’t happy after buying a lemon from them. I came back to purchase another car and managers told me they’d take care of me but didn’t. They knew I was unhappy about my experience with them buying the first car, which was in their shop for 6 months. They knew I was unhappy with my experience and to this day have still done nothing to take me from a disgruntled customer to one that would refer others to them. Dilon is an amazing salesman and its unfortunate he works here. If they punish Dilon for my view on the management and establishment it will be very sad but this is my true review of Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond and Ford the company as a whole and not of my salesman. never again. i got a nice truck. BUT. navigation system did not work. after i got home 2 and a half hours away they informed me i had to pay extra for it to work. i tried to use the trailer assist back up. You have to have a special sticker to make it work. it seems that it comes with a new truck, but you have to pay extra for it when you buy a 38000 dollar truck.the salesman did his best to help. next time i will buy local, and it will not be a ford.

I purchased my second new vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Edmond last month. Mason was the sales representative that assisted me. The vehicle I was interested was at the Shawnee location. He got it to the Edmond location in a couple of days which I then decided to purchase. Mason was professional and courteous. I recommended requesting him if you go to look at or purchase a vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Edmond.

Dilon made my experience great, as he went above and beyond to assist me! I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and was able to get a good deal, including GAP insurance and my monthly car payments are only $390. Thanks to Dilon I purchased a nice, reliable vehicle with low miles. I highly suggest this Joe Cooper location, particularly Dilon as your salesman.
