This is a great store! The employees are extremely helpful and concise - you don't feel like you're negotiating with someone that is attempting to take advantage of you or any situation you may be in that may have caused you to have to pawn an item, etc.
They have to deal with many different personalities and some of those personalities can be difficult, but they aren't ride at ALL. They just match the tone/energy of the person dealing with them, and most times they're very humorous to talk to!
They give you a price/deal quickly without any fuss. Plus, they have a lot of GREAT deals at this store! We haven't seen anything that's ridiculously-priced.
This is definitely a store you need to spend a few minutes in, browsing around and maybe even finding that unique treasure you've always wanted! We just love them!

Love this shop, customer service is great and has a variety of items to suite your needs. Love the ladies here and there manager James is one of the greatest. My go to for any and all needs.

Won't be going back. I tried to purchase a firearm and when they knew they had a sale tried to jack up the price 150 dollars very unprofessional.

stay away from this place. I tried this store even though the reviews was horrible. I brought in a zhiyun crane 3s gimbal which is $1000 brand new. they only offered my $40 for a high quality gimbal system that can hold any camera. they are absolutely ripping people off and don't know the value of products. go anywhere but here. I heard the small bald guy say $750 under his breathe to another worker when looking it up and he still only offered me $40. what a joke. stay away from them.

Shady little dirt bags. The small bald one lied to me about him checking a PS5 he was selling me. Turns out, the PS5 had a bad controller -- that anyone could have discovered just by plugging it in -- rendering the entire system useless. Moreover, analog joysticks don't go bad overnight. It was this way before they sold it. They acknowledged this.However, instead of owning it, small bald tried to blame his coworkers for checking it (or not checking it), then trying to blame me for believing his claims the the system was inspected and not buying his overpriced "Peace of Mind" plan ... for the product he just said was working great.None of the three employees did the right thing. All three stood there looking like expressionless zombies. Small bald was pointing to his warranty policy, completely trying to disown the fact that the machine was either 1) never checked, or 2) was checked and sold in non-working condition on purpose.Clearly, these folks do not have the capacity to do the right thing. Either before the sale, or after a complaint. The right thing to do, if you sell something that is broken, is to return the money. Not hide behind your incompetence, or try to blame good faith customers. This goes double if you personally claimed the product was inspected.With all the pawn shops in OKC, try another one first.

They will damage your jewelry when testing it. I just got back from taking my gold chain to sell and when they offered me a price thats WAY below any reasonable deal and also tried to blatantly LIE to my face telling me “10k and 14k have no difference in weight” WHAT ???? I denied the offer and went home only to find out my chain was grinded down to almost no recognition. Will not bend or fold when needed to and is uncomfortable to wear , She ruined my jewelry and I won’t get anything to show for it.

I brought in a relatively new (less than a year old) $450 all in one computer along with a mouse and keyboard and they weren't willing to give me more than $150 for it. I saw an awesome electric guitar in there for an unbelievable price so it seems to be more worth it to shop from here than to pawn off your things.
