I have not had an issue here and feel like the bad reviews do not represent the current state. I especially like the cheap E88 gas here.

They are Always Nice, Greets Customers When You Walk In The Door!!!! Love that they have Dr. Pepper Cherry Zero Sugar in the 20 oz bottles!!!! Bathrooms are clean!!!!!

My gas was 5635 and I was charged $150 when I called the store to talk to the manager I explained to her the difference between the charge and the actual posting to my credit card. She told me she was just a shift manager and she didn't care and I would need to call the store manager on Monday cuz she doesn't work on weekends. I told her when I call the credit card company they're going to stop the entire payment and they won't get paid her response was I don't care that's not my job what kind of people are we hiring nowadays to not care about the income of their employer?

Fasle advertises that you get $2.70 off when you buy two packs of smokes. Have long lines while workers stand around. Have warm beer that needs to be put in cooler.

They often have a line to the back with one cashier while other workers stand around. They have stacks of warm beer that they don’t put in the fridge when out. They’re system messes up and you don’t get your discount. And they charge for air. Terrible.

Do not use their Pumps Credit Card reader installed at this location. If not then the app is compromised. They allowed a trucker to buy 149.58 of diesel on my debit card at this location. I own a Toyota Avalon that has a 16 gal gas tank . A quick search will show you no Casey’s is safe the support credit card thieves as it help their bottom line. I would avoid all Casey’s in OK if you value your money and time

I give them 2 1/2 stars. Every time I’ve been there the last three times there’s been no windshield washer fluid and no paper towels. I will say when I went in to say something this third time the manager did correct it right away and went with windshield washer fluid. However, the tool to wipe the windows down the rubber was not good. It left many streaks on my windows and I couldn’t press hard enough to not get straight so low the temperature is only 51° they need to replace the window washer tools.

Every experience her has been bad. Employees usually having inappropriate conversations/1 register open with multiple people standing there. They also just told us their kitchen was closed and it’s 5:45 PM. Was excited about this place opening but I would avoid it and just go to OnCue. Edited after Casey’s response and a month later. Every gas pump closed this morning saying “dispenser closed” and the place still isn’t open. Well after opening time. Every trip to this place is a disaster. Any store you find in a 5 mile radius is probably better than this store.

Any business that charges to air up tires doesn’t care about its customer base. Go to OnQ where they offer this service for free. I’ll won’t buy gas etc from any station that chargers for air….

It’s great having a gas station on the north end of Edmond/OKC. Always busy with customers and the staff there are friendly. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious and cheap.

Has been a consistent subpar experience since opening. When they first opened the fountain drink machine never worked, then it got gradually worse from there. It's a 50/50 shot if the gas pumps are even working, multiple employees working with ONE on a register and a line 12 people deep. Have left numerous times due to the line) Employees constantly parking in the spots up front, multiple registers constantly broken. Employees always texting or talking on their phones when busy. If quality staffing is an issue, pay more money. I've learned to skip this place. Go to 7 eleven or on cue. It'll be a better experience.
