Stopped in this morning for a quick bite to eat before leaving town. Everything was fantastic which was a pleasant surprise. This store has really made a 180 turn around thanks to the new Manager Patience. We walked in and were promptly greeted with a smile. All of the food was fresh and the store was super clean. I am very happy that this store has made the effort to hire someone who knows what they are doing and is actually putting in the work to make this store worth visiting again.

I recently stopped by the Casey's Gas Station at 4000 N. Pennsylvania Ave for gasoline and convenience. The gas price was competitive, coming in at $2.57 per gallon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that all four slushie flavors - Coke, Mountain Dew, Blue Raspberry, and Cherry - were out of stock.
However, my experience was greatly improved by the exceptional customer service provided by Tasha. She greeted me warmly upon entry and again at checkout, where she efficiently processed my transaction for a $3 scratch-off ticket and $17 worth of gas. Her friendly demeanor and smile made a positive impact on my visit.
One area for improvement I noticed was the need for cleaning of the creamer dispensers, specifically the French Vanilla and Creme options.
Overall, I'd rate my experience 4/5, with the only deduction being due to the unavailable slushies. Tasha's outstanding service deserves recognition, and I appreciate the convenience of this Casey's location.

This place is ridiculous. So many hang around outside that I used my card so I don’t have to go inside. Not only does it not allow and to use my card as a credit card, it didn’t print a receipt when it said it was doing it. No other notice on the screen. I didn’t go inside IN PURPOSE CASEY’S!!

5:45 am, gas pump processor is super slow, trashy gas island, and I haven't even gotten the gas to work before a beggar talking with an employee attempted to bug me for money. Never again.

Manager lies to customers and has bathrooms closed for employees only but says that Employees and customers have to use Braums restrooms. We need this fixed ASAP. Thank you.

12/27/2023 around 8:16pm DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION !!!!!! Young Black girl & Black guy - working front counter refused to allow my family and I to use the restroom or purchase lottery tickets. The Black female worker stated "she just cleaned HER bathrooms and the bathrooms close at 8pm". The Black male worker stated he was on the phone, and he smelt badly of cigarettes I'm truly concerned if this is a company policy not to allow customers to use the restroom after 8pm or if this is just these two lazy employees policies. They should be fired go refusing to allow paying customers to use the restrooms, especially when they are functioning AND CLEAN????? I would never visit this location again and I highly recommend you do not either, or you will be meet with attitudes, refusal to sale items, and pure disgusting customer service. I wish I could speak to management but I'm sure no one cares. So if you wish to avoid a unfriendly gas station please do not visit this store.

they banned me because this woman who works mornings here doesn't like me because I complained about her actions the day i walked in the store with my drink FROM HOME and she yanked it out of my hand poured it out and accuse me of trying to steal it.

This place needs security. Homeless people harass customers for money. I will not frequent this store again. Employees are cussing in front of customers, very unprofessional.
