Typical nail salon with gorgeous chandelier. Tons of parking and space in salon for clients. Prices average ($30 for basic pedi.) Techs do not talk to you and also I've been in this chair waiting for 45 mins. One woman just walked out. Next they tried to get me to put my feet in ice cold water. No! Now an argument is ensuing on who was next (me) but the tech refused and took other lady. I am a first time customer and totally understanding the negative reviews. Now Hannah is working on me (she is nice) but took over one hour to begin pedi with no warning of delay. Five more people walked out. I won't return on a Saturday. Will try again another time to see if service better.

Bad customer service, rushed nail service. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and they rushed through the whole thing and I ended up having to buffer my own nail and then walked out and THERE WAS STILL a layer of acrylic on my nails. If you didn't have any time you should have just said that. 1/10 don't recommend

Totally ignored after being sent to the back for eyebrows. Laid on the table for 30 minutes while techs walked back forth by the door conversating and eating. Second time this year. The last time I’m wasting 30 min of my life there.

I will never go back here again. I've never been treated so rudely. Are used to go here all the time I don't know what's changed but they are so rude now and they've added a $15 extra for gel nail polish and I've always paid $80 for my nails and toes total but today it was 100. . Which is all fine but if you're going to charge $15 extra for gel, nail polish should not be something you tell the customer whenever they get gel nail polish. If you don't care about being treated, like nothing and getting talked about then go here. Only person nice there is Hannah everyone else will be rude talk about you then they will be rough with you the whole time! And Anyobe saying I'm broke and can't afford then I shouldn't get my nails done. But that's not the point the point is they are overcharging who they want because I just called up there before I made this post and asked how much a full set with gel polish cost and they told me $45 on the phone. Charge me $60. when I politely told her what happened she then proceeded to tell me that gel nail polish is $15 extra but again I was not informed this when I got my nails done.

I came in as a walk-in on Saturday morning, waited for about 15 minutes which was cool then had the pleasure of having Jessica do my full gel set. She was very friendly, talkative and did exactly what I was looking for! Give them a try, you can't go wrong, ask for Jessica!! I am in love with my nails length, shape and color!!Service: Acrylic nails
