Ordered supplies on 7/13 and 8/13. Never received any of them. Called 9/11 to find out what was going on and was told that the orders were in the system, they were just never filled and sent out but they would take care of it right away. Please call again if I didn't receive them in 5 to 7 days....CALL AGAIN IF I DON'T RECEIVE THEM? No apology, no expression of empathy, no sympathy, nothing! Just, call again if I don't receive the stuff.....There will not be another call to your company. Just to my insurance company advising them of the problem and I'll start using another company.

I had an issue with Carter about how something was handled. However, TK called me to offer help and solved all my complaints. I really appreciater her support and help getting my supplies for me. Thank you!

The ppl here are the best!!!! Very helpful and I had to come in to get a diff mask for my cpap and they made sure everything was good before I left.

I purchased my original Phillips Respironics DreamStation Auto BiPAP with a different healthcare provider. Then came the big recall I sent mine into Phillips Respironics the one I received back was the the same one I sent in. I started having problems sending my Data to my medical team. The company I purchased my original one refused to do anything about it. I was told about Carter Healthcare in OKC, I called them and was told to bring my in and see what they could do about it. They tried a few a few things that didn’t fix the problem and said they were sending it back to Phillips Respironics and in the meantime they provided me a loaner until Phillips Respironics returned repaired or set me a replacement. I did receive a replacement a am using it. Carter Helthcare did a fantastic job getting me up and running with the replacement cancelled getting my supplies with company X and am getting my BiPap with Carter Healthcare. They did a fantastic job in working with Phillips Respironics. Thank you Carter Healthcare for stepping up.

I've got to give a shout out to the receptionists, Rachel and her manager. I had to go back up there today for some assistance. The friendliness of this team was exceptional each time I've been up there. Which is a rarity these days but so wonderful to encounter and made my day! Thank you Ladies!

Sad to see a friend who is on hospice under the “care” of this organization. Nurses come sporadically. Patient is alone and struggling. Very sad. Would not recommend to anyone.

I cannot speak loud enough to tell everyone how thankful my family is for these professionals!My family has chosen to use Carter twice in 2 years, and we will continue to choose them.My mom's cm, Jamie, her PT Beckie, and nurse Faith, are always wonderful. They communicate so well, they care about my mom, and I think mom has progressed so well with them. Thank you Carter Healthcare for everything!!!!

Take the time to read reviews and google this company before considering working there. In particular, the negative reviews on the Indeed website are 100% accurate. There is a very high turnover rate for a reason! Also, they say it's in their contract in the new hire online electronic paperwork if you quit without giving 4 weeks notice you will be paid minimum wage for the remaining hours you worked. Hoping to keep someone else from going through a complete waste of time and energy.
