“The check-in and return processes were smooth and every employee I encountered was super-friendly. My reason for four stars has to do with none of the cars available for my selection being equipped with Apple CarPlay. Additionally, the one I selected had a faint smell of pot (legal in OKC) having been smoked in it.”

“I doubt Enterprise corporate or management of this location will care, but I had a poor experience with a recent "attempted" rental.
I booked a reservation through the app for June 29th with pickup at 12pm. I received a call from an agent (now confirmed as Imani) on 07/27, who left a message to return a call to the location. I returned the call and spoke with her and she took my name, address, and other info to complete the rental. She confirmed my booking for June 29th at 12pm, and I received a confirmation email. At no point did she mention that the location closes at 12pm.
I arrived for my arrival at 1202pm, and the location was closed and empty. I saw what appeared to be a rental car enter the side entrance and drive around to the rear at 1220, so I followed it. Colby/Cody? was exiting the vehicle and admitted he worked for Enterprise but was not able to give me the rental. He stated he "had already turned off the system and locked the keys away." I explained to him I have been here since 1202pm and Imani never informed me that the location closes at 12pm.
I was extremely frustrated that the woman didn't tell me they close at 12pm, that the app allowed me to make a reservation for 12pm, that Colby/Cody wasn't helpful in doing his job, and/or that I didn't receive a courtesy call once they realized that I hadn't come for the reserved vehicle.
He directed me to another location (421 Memorial Rd- Edmond), and said he would call them as they will close at 1pm and forward my reservation to that location. I proceeded to the 421 Memorial Rd location, and of course, they had no idea about my situation and received no call from Colby/Cody.
Nonetheless, I immediately made a new reservation on the app at a higher cost for the same vehicle class at the 421 Memorial Road location, and Brittany was absolutely the most helpful agent I could ask for. She immediately set me up with a vehicle, and even upgrade my vehicle type. Brittany deserves a raise! Imani and Colby should be put on notice.”
“After Enterprise called the day before and let me know that my van rental had been given to Amazon despite having the reservation for over a month, I ended up finding Capps Van & Truck rental. I have to say I was skeptical due to never hearing of them, but from here on out it's going to be the only place I'm going to get a rental or passenger van.
I needed to move furniture from South Texas to OKC, and reservation was a breeze, check in was great and through, and best of all as of writing they are renting out practically brand new vans with low miles. The transit cargo has multiple safety features, but my favorite was the lane keep assist for the busy Texas highways. The van was super roomy at about 5Wx6Hx11L, and was pretty easy to load despite not having a ramp. The van was impeccably clean, and well maintained.
On top of that all the end price was over $200 less than enterprise and $400 less than anyone else who could book me on such short notice. The staff at this location are great and I honestly can't recommend them enough.”

“Easy and seamless check in process. Somehow the associate accepted the gas tank at 3/4 instead of full, without extra charge. I forget but they charge double price, half is refunded on rental return. Vehicles are all newer and well maintained.”
“I just wanted to say that this certain location was very professional and got me in a vehicle within an hour and the women who. Helped me was very polite and caring. I had a reservation with the location on Telephone road in Moore and when I arrived they told me they had no vehicle for me.”

“My mother and I lived there for one year and a half. Everyone there is nice and helpful. All our issues were addressed and solved on time. It is nice, quiet and clean apartment. We had the best living experience there. Thank you for everything.”

“Gary sold me.2 cars .after I had 2 repos due to health issues anmy credit was.at 300 he to a chance when Noone else would .he carries.thur with everything he promises. An when I was.hosptilized for 2 Mos out of state he worked with.me. He mostly does auto rentals but.has helped a friend

“The manager Jasmine was a true professional. We were in and out of there within 10 minutes. The facility was very clean. Honestly, this was the first good Enterprise experience I have ever had. Definitely my new favorite car rental location!!”
“Not only were they cheaper than enterprise and hertz, I even got a better car. Was supposed to have a Camry but it got rented so I was bumped up to a Mazda CX-5. Really cool suv, super fun to drive. I had the car for a week and paid $200. Last time I rented from enterprise it cost me $400 a week for a Nissan Versa. I left my garage door opener in the rental and went back two hours later when I realized. The rental was gone to Tulsa but my garage door opener was labeled with my name in their drawer because they are awesome. Will rent from them any time my truck goes into the shop.”

“We actually used Budget, but they both go to the same place. We were returning a rental here and it was pretty painless for the most part. The gentleman that was there when we returned it didn't seem thrilled to be there, but he printed the receipt that we requested. We have not picked up a car here so I can't speak to that. Overall it worked and was quick and easy.”

We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. “We flew in for the weekend from Denver for my daughter's cheer competition. Perfect experience here. Took the shuttle from the airport to the rental counter. There was no line, everything was in order and ready. The kind lady saw that we had 4 people and several bags and upgraded us at no cost to a bigger car. The return went smooth, as well. We waited for the shuttle back to the airport for about 10 minutes. It was great and a very decent price. The car was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely we back if we ever visit OKC again.”

“I originally had a reservation with the Edmond location, and received the worst customer service ever. After that location basically left me stranded, I spent the next few hours trying to find a vehicle. Once I reached out to Mike at this location, he saved the day. Mike was sooo accommodating and helpful. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and provide me with the sized vehicle that I originally reserved. He was so friendly and professional, I definitely recommend him if you’re using Hertz.”

“The car I rented had a bad battery. The first time I started it I noticed the starter kinda dragged...it sounded like low cranking amps on the battery. But I thought, this is a rental car place they will take care of their vehicles...they will take care of me.Well, the battery died and left me stranded. STRANDED.Ultimately though, their customer service did get a local roadside technician to me without too terrible of a delay.I did have to communicate with the Budget customer service afterwards about a misunderstanding with the billing but they were swift to respond to my concerns and we reached a satisfactory result. They did take care of me.”

“Hello! I’ve read several bad reviews so I want to add my experience. It is not completely over as we still have the car for two more days BUT so far it has been a wonderful experience. We didn’t have to wait in any lines. The lady who checked us in (I wish I knew her name) she was wonderful not pushy and was helpful. The car is great clean, updated, smelt nice. Now I haven’t noticed any bad or over charging yet. If that changes when we return the car I will post again. So far it’s been cheap, fast, and efficient!”
