The room was very clean, although it smelled like someone just cooked a pizza in the room. The guy was kind of hard to understand when checking in. When coming back from dinner a different guy was in the front and was given another guest a hard time about being cute and not getting him good also. If you are going to be in Brick Town, then this hotel is great. Good price and just outside of Brick Town.

By far the nicest long-term stay Hotel in the area for the prices. They have a nice shuttle bus that will take you downtown to go to Bass Pro Shop or get some food give the front desk a call and they'll come pick you up promptly. Also the morning manager is extremely friendly and has helped me several times while I stayed here. They also have a very nice nice Clerk that is attentive and helpful as well named Martha.

One of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at.Super cheap rooms $70-$80 a night.Got a room with 2 queen beds and there was way more space in the room than you get in most hotels.Lots of desk/counter space.Room was nice a clean. The beds were pretty comfortable.Had the mini kitchen in the room. They offered free shuttle to the general brick town area. To use it you talk with the front desk a they will reach out to the shuttle for you.You can also call the front desk and have the shuttle come pick you up as well and bring you back to the hotel as well.Decent amount of parking. No issues with finding parking space. The 2 people working that we interacted with were both very nice and helpful.I would definitely come back here.

Nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. It's literally a minute drive from downtown. A few more minutes if you walk, but with a free shuttle service, there's no need to walk. It is next to a major highway, but to be honest, we only heard one car the whole time. And it was really "gunnin it". The room was nice and very clean! The only thing we saw out of place was a few scuffs/stains in the wall, but nothing a good scrub or fresh coat of paint couldn't fix. The TV had plenty of channels for the whole family. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise that we didn't expect. It was fully furnished with a sink, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Everything you'd need for an extended stay. They even loan out crockpots! The beds were SO comfortable and clean! The bathroom and shower were furnished with full-size soaps/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which is nice if you forget yours, which we did. And you get plenty of towels already, but you only have to ask for more if needed. Major kudos to Martha and Henry! Because of these 2, we will definitely be back! We want to see more of OKC. Martha was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She found us a room immediately and even took the time to answer questions that I had, with no rush. She offered a shuttle service to take us to and from downtown if needed so we wouldn't have to search for a parking spot. Which we were truly grateful for, the parking is truly AWFUL! Henry, the shuttle driver, was ready to take us as soon as we were ready to go. He was very nice and got us where we wanted to be in no time and made the trip enjoyable. All we had to do was call the hotel when we finished walking around downtown, and Henry was back in about 3 minutes to pick us back up. Tony was the morning front desk clerk. He was very nice and asked me about my stay. He got a glowing review. Everyone here has been so pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for making our spur of the moment trip so great. We will be back!Nearby activities: There's a McDonald's about a block away and downtown is within walking distance and has so much to offer, food, games, drinks, horse drawn carriage rides, etc.Safety: We felt very safe in this area and even more so walking around downtown with our family. There is a heavy police presence at night downtown to deter any crime. It just felt like a very safe area all around.Walkability: It's about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown attractions. Also approximately a block or two from McDonald's.

Stayed at this property last night and I was running late so i called the front desk and added my daughter to the reservation so she could check in. Check in was seamless and front desk attendant was nice and personable. Room was nice and front desk attendant arranged for the shuttle to take us to the paycom center. Will stay at this location again.

It was a lovely stay at Candlewood suites, we weren’t expecting a kitchen in our king studio but it was a nice bonus to have. The room was clean and the hotel amenities such as the laundry room and convenience store available 24/7 was so helpful. I will be booking with Candlewood again for sure!

Very nice, clean, large room. We didn't realize the room had a kitchen with it. For $89.00, it was a fantastic deal. Loved the shower, and so nice to have a laundry room available. And great location with free shuttle to Brick Town. Loved it!

My boyfriend is an IHG member for work. Works out of town, racks uo points for all his nights spent in the hotels. Well, we booked this hotel with his points to see a baseball game. Most hotels were sold out. He had his confirmation number, email, on the app, points taken away only to find out the hotel didn't have a reservation for him upon arrival. Called IHG, they said oh yes, you're booked, let us talk to them. The front desk girls were sweet and everything BUT there was no manager on duty at the hotel to help this issue go smoother. It took 45 minutes to "find a room" and get us checked in. I don't know how the error occurred in the first place but the nice front desk girls having to call and get ahold of a manager to help fix the issue was annoying. Why have a sign saying "Manager on duty:blahblah name" then not have one to help... so 1 star for the nice girls working and 1 for the room, it was nice.

Super clean and well stocked rooms. Additional appliance loaner items available. Beautiful area right next to some Great restaurants. Free coffee available at all times in the spike room. Other essential items available for purchase although things were low in stock. Nice kitchen area. I didn't go to the pool but it seemed very nice.

Great value and very comfortable bed. The room (suite upgrade) was big and was great, couch was the only thing I would say is not that comfortable but overall everything was wonderful. The service was great and staff was friendly. Much Better priced than 3 mins into downtown.

Great property, location. Parking, staff etc. Near lots of restaurants and bars in Bricktown, also the highway. Martha was very helpful and kind when I checked in, as was the gentleman the next day when I checked out. The room was deluxe and the price was great.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel on the edge of Bricktown. They offer a free shuttle to Bricktown or you can walk approximately a half mile to the Riverwalk next to Bass Pro Shops. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and efficient, as was the man who checked us out. I would stay again.

Rooms were not super clean for spending 170 on one room for one night with 2 beds. That's insane. At least they allow pets. Beds were comfortable. But they need to clean better. The walls were filthy and the towels had black fuzzies all over it. The rug looked like it's never been washed. So many questionable spots.

Our room was extremely nice. It was actually quite pretty inside our room. It was larger than expected and had much more amenities than most hotels do. The room service is absolutely horrible though. We ordered a club sandwich and fries, and over an hour later it still hadn't arrived. I called them back to get an update, and they said that the "driver was in an accident" and that's why it had taken so long. I then told them I wanted to cancel my order which they responded with, "let me check with the kitchen to see if they have made your food yet". You just told me my driver was in an accident now my food wasn't even made, so how could the driver be in an accident?? I was adamant that I wanted a refund. I was then placed on hold for 15 minutes, then finally received my cancelation confirmation. For 2 sandwiches it was about $50.
