This place is very nice, especially if you are staying multiple days it has a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher in the room. They have security at night which is a huge plus. They also keep the entrance locked until 6 am unless you have a key. Very nice gym and laundry room. All the way around very clean didn't have a smell like some hotels do. They do hold a 100 deposit for incidentals and the only down fall is it says between 3 to 10 days business days to get it back. Loved this place

We loved it! We stayed there for 3 weeks and experience was superb. Parking is also there. Front desk persons were very helpful. Very good service. Amazingly clean building and rooms. The rooms are huge, spacious. Full kitchens with a stove top, refrigerator and coffee pot. It was very comfortable and extremely quiet.Rooms: Rooms were spacious.

My family is staying in OKC as a part of FAA training. We've had a nightmare trip moving from place to place. Sonesta has helped us out a ton and have done a lot to help us be comfortable. The room we got our first night here, unfortunately, smelled of smoke. Since we had our young child with us we didn't want to stay in the room as it would be for a long stay. They were booked because of the holiday but Tiffany was very understanding of our situation and a huge help. She allowed us to switch rooms and make sure the new room was up to par. Her help made our stay so much better.

Checked in to our room and it stunk of smoke, even though they said that smoking is not permitted in any room and they can't stop people doing it, it still should have been picked up by the cleaners, it stunk. The room we were changed to was decent, very big with all the amenities you expect. We were on the 2 floor tho and the elevator was broke for over 24 hours so we had to lug all our luggage down the stairs. The location is quiet, there are restaurants around nearby.Oh, and they charge for parking! Which is pretty shocking, I've never been charged before for one of these types of hotels

The first room they booked me had mold in it, on the desk and on the lamps all 3 of them. Tape over the red speaker on the a wall near the ceiling next to the bed. The 2nd room was clean, the bathtub stopper didn’t work so I asked them to fix it. They did, however, there was broken glass in the bathtub and trash on my bathroom counter when I arrived back to my hotel room that night. I told the desk attendant she didn’t care at first then I brought her the items and she said she made a report in the computer. I heard nothing from management. Then later throughout my stay, water bottles missing, food crumbs on the counter and floor looked like my chips I bought for myself. My pink and red small makeup travel bag missing/stolen, so are a pair of my black leggings. I reported these things to management. I didn’t hear from them about an investigation. They said they would investigate but didn’t communicate anything with me or follow up. The day of my checkout the male manager said he never heard of any complaints and his staff has been there for years. But he offered to pay my leggings and said that if I didn’t like the next hotel I go to, then to call him not book online and he would give me a good rate. Why would rebook with the issues I experienced during my stay. I just got off work and if I wouldn’t have looked at the tub while trimming the water on, I would’ve bled from the glass in the tub. I paid for security, safety and privacy-don’ didn’t get it. They’re not cheap. The washers always broken and do not clean your clothes. I went to a laundry mat to wash and my clothes were clean. You can see the difference if you’re a clean person. While I was loading my car checking out, the male manager was at the front desk talking to a staff member about me leaving going to go to the Hawthorne hotel. Laughing. But how did he know when no-one knew because I had just made the reservation in my room that morning alone. Do they have listening devices in the rooms? Cameras? Did they hack my gmail account since I signed into their computer but I always delete my account when logging off. Hmmm then he offered to give me discount if I ever come back or find it more expensive at a different hotel. Hell No No No.

We normally always love staying at sonesta anywhere we go we first look for sonesta hotels. But this one I doubt I'll stay at again. The old grumpy lady at the front desk is snobby. She told us the room has been sanitized but we wiped down everything with sanitized wipes and they were nasty I posted a pic. We got to our room and our key did not work so we went back to the desk and she rudly reprogram the key and said it was our fault because we had it next to our phone and erased it because its magnetic. So we took the new program keys and guess what they dont work either so we had to go back down again and she rudly finely gave us a new room that worked just fine. They do not offer breakfast either. And no pool.
