We visited today with little expectation of a decent offer at the Gun Library. I’m not even mad I was low balled on the weapon. Went in with curiosity on what they offer. The fact the gentleman looked up the serial number on a 3rd party website and was wrong on the year surprised me. I stood in the office and pulled up Winchester website and looked up the serial number. He said that’s not the year. I asked for a print out of the 3rd party he looked up he replied “ I don’t have a printer” after I watched him print stuff for the previous customer to sign. Like I said, not surprised or upset about the low ball, the fact he didn’t know how to look up an accurate year of a 1956 Winchester surprised me. Maybe he was doing it on purpose and expecting me not to know anything about pre 64 Winchester. Or he was doing it to buy for himself. Either way, 2 stars cause I still like enjoy the rest of Cabela’s, just won’t be doing anymore purchases on weapons or ammo through them.

It is a awesome store! If you are looking for anything camping, fishing, hunting, boating, or anything outdoors really, its here. Can be a little pricy but the staff is really nice! 10/10

Excellent place to get everything in one place!
Ample parking.
All the payment methods you can imagine.
The price range is not low level, since they only sell high quality products and well-known brands, many of those products are exclusive!
The attention of the staff is phenomenal, especially the host, who received us in a very cordial way, he even said a few words to us in Spanish hahaha God bless him!
Would I return to this place?

Worst customer service experience of my shopping life prepared to spend several thousand dollars on hunting needs to be treated. The way we were will never spend a dime here again. Would give a half star if that was an option
