I went into this store with my mom. We weren’t even greeted. The lady just looked at us like we’re garbage. Wow the audacity to even judge people like that is horrible these days.

First off when I walked into this store an older lady with blonde hair looked at us & continued reading a piece of paper. No, hello, welcome in, nothing! As we walked closer she continued to ignore us. The old lady behind the counter kept her back toward us as well. We began looking at the disorganized racks with 2 items available per collection, no full size runs, we walked our way to the back of the store the old lady behind the counter followed us. She stayed with us until we made our back to the front. After being made felt extremely uncomfortable, we left & took our money elsewhere. Whoever manages this place, find better help…you may actually have customers in there. We were the only ones there, so customer service should of been on point. Stuck up old ladies have no place in customer service :))

If I could give this place zero stores I definitely would. I was visiting in Oklahoma City for the weekend and thought I would stop by since this store was recommended to me by a friend. While they did have a good selection of clothes from various designers I was very disappointed in the sale ladies lack of customer service and constant judgmental stares right when I walked in the door. I was dressed down in athletic clothes so I guess their only going to acknowledge and help you if your dressed to the nines when you walk in. While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.

CK always provides exceptional service and amazing products. This time they outdid themselves. I had a dress that had some issues due to the manufacturer. They were on top of it the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Simply outstanding customer service!

I've bought several handbags, pairs of shoes and most recently a new coat from CK and Co. The sales staff is knowledgeable about the fit of the lines they carry and often make appropriate recommendations for items based on body type/style. The shoe collection can't be beat! An overall nice, relaxing shopping experience. EASY parking too.
