Sadly, I was unable to experience C&Ps service. My tractor mechanic referred me to them, cautioning me to call ahead. I called 8 times. Of those calls, five went unanswered (they have no voice mail) and the other three were outright hang ups: apparently, they couldn't be bothered to answer, even if only to request call back at a more convenient time. I advise looking elsewhere.

Great customer service. Christian is the man. He provided great information about charging systems and wire gauge and advice on my alternator and got me a perfect solution. Custom built units are their specialty!!

Can’t say enough about how helpful and professional my experience was here. I had an alternator from a 68 jaguar that none of the FLAPS could check for me. Although this shop was an hour away from me, after recommendations, I made the drive. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Very friendly and fast. Assured me that my alternator was fine that it was likely a regulator. Any time I need alternator or similar work, I will without hesitating make the drive here.
