I lived there for over 3-5 years, horrible management, the community it’s self is amazing and amazing people, and good decent homes, but the office charges way to much abuses there power the printable at Bryant elementary will follow u to ur home and cus u out and yell about ur kids even grabbing them and taking them by force home and burnt woods office allows this to happen they bluntly said “we are trying to make this ‘trailer park’ not be a ‘trailer park” and arnt allowing u to have so many animals and depending on the kind can’t have em at all, they are giving out notices days in advance and getting mad at them for not paying yet but are putting the notices out on the second there is a whole face book group of everyone in the community because at least me has gone threw 3 park managers already and they do nothing but get worse…. I have lost all faith in burnt wood, it’s not sone we’re to raise ur kids or family or be at not come to. If I could recommend something about this place is that the yes community be shut down and park be giving to better management to people who ACTUALLY know how to do there jobs and truly keep the community in mind

Continually raised the lot rent to the point that it was unsustainable for what you get. Also, water would randomly be turned off. Once had to brush my teeth in the morning with apple juice. No water. Couldn't even take a shower before going to the doctor. That was bad.

I've been living in Yes! Communities for 5 years. I've lived at a few between here and Texas. These communities are beautiful, in most areas. And that's not for a lack of trying. The owner's idea of what they want their community to be is...I don't even have the right words. It's very humbling. They work with a lot of credit and income situations that most places don't. I was moving a business in a pandemic and they let me move in *wac* and strong tax forms. And they try to create a safe, comfortable place for all. We sold our 5 bed 3 bath home and the whole world shut down after contracts were signed. Only the lovely folks at Redwood at the Lake were answering ads or calls. We were scared. But we drove across the country to manicured lawns and the best neighbors ever! It was nice and clean. We could catch our breath there. But we loved it so much we're still here. We're in a brand new home now. The only problem I have is I don't have a wrap around porch. 🤣 Seriously though, this is the second time I have lived under this management. They do a great job of making sure the neighborhood looks nice. Maintenance is always out taking care of things, cleaning up trash, and maintaining the property. And management is always making sure we can all get down the roads safely, and people aren't making it miserable for those of us who want to be here. And if I see a bug he sends someone right away! This is Oklahoma and good pest control is extremely important. And they have a great office staff! I've had a few minor problems that were addressed right away. These are big places, it's a lot. Give them a break and mind your tone because they are trying. If a mistake is made they correct it. Don't forget to water your lawn and have a lovely day in the neighborhood. 🤭

First of all I own a pontoon boat that is stored in a different place. I am 4 miles to the lake. Took the boat out and while there the boat started acting up so when taking boat back to my storage the truck started acting up and wouldn't go over 40mph. Being so close to my house , parked it in front of my trailer . The next day was Sunday , the trucks transmission was done for so I could not move it until Monday. The manager calls me on Monday screaming at me stating that I was to move both and to never bring the boat on the property ever again or I would be evicted . Also, I was blocking the stop sign that no one stops at. He said that he should have stickered it Sunday but he was trying to be nice and called me today as he was screaming. Couldn't get a word in to explain why it was even there. Why not call me on Sunday? Suggestion, treat people the way you want to be treated. Terrible customer service. fyi- I wasn't trying to get away with storing in front of my house.

Not only are they not trying to give me my 1600 deposit back but they are trying to charge me for a full month when I was out in less than 5 days. Instead of prorating it.

The area was very clean, wide streets and easy to figure out where the house was. Noticed they have a community pool

Besides the giant pythons. Great area. No stray animals and quiet evenings.
