Terrible location! My 5 year old had to use the restroom number 2 . I asked the security guy that watches the door and walkied over and a lady told him to tell us not right now because nobody was on the floor. I heard her at the register in a rude manner & the guy was truly trying to help us. Worst experience I experienced with my son.

8 days ago we went and found a lot of variety of clothes and a nice order to quickly find what you are looking for, the only problem is the staff, because when we wanted to arrange a return it was done much later than expected because there is only one cashier By the way, the lady is very kind and understandable, not like the other 2 girls who started telling us things to the people who were still trained and, in the end, I had to witness how those employees along with her husband ended up out of work. store hitting a couple who had been lined up for a long time, while the husband hit him the employee kicked the same Mr. what a bad time the manager should see the cameras from that day at night and check on his staff.

I went to that store, and I had $2,000 dollars of merchandise to buy. I wanted to go to the restroom, and I saw a lady who had a lot of keys and a walkie-talkie, so I assumed that she could do me the favor to open the restroom door. However, the woman told me that she would open the door for me in a little while, but she never opened the bathroom door for me. I had to go to the McDonald's across the street, and I didn't go back for the merchandise that I wanted to buy. This Burlington is losing a lot of money because of that employee.

1 cashier. Everyone walking around doing absolutely nothing. Been in line for 20 minutes. Have witnessed 3 people put their stuff back and leave. I asked if someone could help the guy and they said all the positions was filled while I watching workers walk around doing nothing. This store totally sucks.

Not only does the line take forever, but I witnessed an employee hiding sought after merchandise multiple times AND taking all of the Halloween blankets to the back, in a black bag, not even 10 min after a guy put them out. I wasn't being greedy and left some so that another customer could get some. Not for a reselling employee. Ridiculous. She didn't leave not 1 of the Casper, Hello Kitty or Winnie the Pooh blankets. Yes she was on the clock

I came in today around 9:30am. Everytime this cashier is working, it's 10+ min per customer to check out cuz she's slow and chit chats. It's not ok when there's a full line. I spent my entire lunch break waiting in line and I was only the second customer.

Husband got called a lazy M’fer by one of the employees and then told to get out of the fkn store and when asked for the employees name he told us it was none of our fkn business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
