Many of you people commenting need to be quiet. As a person who actually worked there y’all have no idea. Yes there is accountability on the workers part but don’t just call us lazy. You need to also blame the demographic of people who go in the store(non English speakers and the folks that live on the southeast side of okc). It doesn’t matter how many times we clean that store. The people wouldn’t put stuff back. They would just throw it anywhere. Then customers will allow there children to do anything. Opening up toys or candy. We had to close the bathrooms down because of how bad the customers were stealing. Going inside the bathroom and flushing tags down the toilet. Messing up the plumbing. Also the doing drugs in the bathroom. As far as cashier they only give out certain amount of hours to all cashiers and the rest( the majority) goes to the back house crew. So before you pass judgement know the story. Don’t just blame the employees( we hold ourselves accountable) blame the demographic of people in this community who know better and won’t do better simply because they don’t work there

Just not what I expected!! I get needing to keep people from shoplifting but everything I wanted to see was locked up. Waited in line to buy 2 items for 20 minutes. They have went downhill won't be going back

It says they close at 12 am, and you go at 10:00 or 10:30 pm and it is closed, change your hours sign, and also Google maps so as not to waste time!!!!

I came to the south shields location on 12/30/2023 I was there not even 20 mins (most of my time was spent in line) when I originally walked in there was security at the door that never greeted me, he just stared at me. That's fine it was early they had just opened while I was shopping I found one shirt one jacket and I wanted to try on a two pairs of jeans so I went to the back fitting room and it was closed, so I went to the front to the brand new dressing room for both doors to be locked and as I was trying to open the second door the nongreeting security guard finally spoke up to not greet me but to tell me the fitting room was closed and tht he was not opening it. After that I was very frustrated so I put the jeans back and stepped in line. The whole time the security is laughing and seems to be pretty happy with himself that he denied someone service. I will not be going to this location ever again. I was ready to spend some money in this store as I have over 300 worth of gift cards for this store. Ross had my business that day. I will most likely go to the Moore location for these gift cards then after that i will not be going to any Burlington location ever again. At Ross I was greeted and allowed dressing rooms, plus way better prices. Burlington lost my business because the security guard at this location.

I came in to scope out what Burlington had to offer, after looking through shelves for a good long minute ended up with some boxers and some a shirts, but that's okay, something I needed right! Lots of things on the racks and shelves here, for sure! Not bad price neither

This Burlington location is very disgusting several things strewn all over the store people pull stuff of the racks and instead of putting it back they just throw it where ever they feel like it. The store is way under staffed they had like 4 employees that I seen all in the front. They don't care about their job because one seemed to be the Manager and she asked one of the guy's to come help on the register and he took his time walking like 20 feet then he went to whatever register he felt like instead of the one he was told to then the Manager told him not to use the one he was on because it was broke he continued to use it then she came off her register to make him move and all he did was laugh. He stood by the other register not calling anyone cause he wanted to go back on the floor. This store had put out of order signs on the Rest rooms yet employees used them . Very disappointed in this location cause usually Burlington's is alot cleaner and better organized . Definitely will not return to this location. Highly do not recommend.Well Burlington Management reached out to me which I thought was pretty cool even sent me a link to contact them cause they wanted to hear more about this pitiful location. So I tried to use the link only to be told they were glad I showed up !(Sorry the page didn't) with no way to contact them Wow sounds about right I guess I looked at the bottom of the page and still no way to contact them. Glad to see how insufficiently things are ran. All I can say is Wow.
