If I could give zero stars I would I ordered online hoping to get my bear filled today and the voice in it but no that didn't happen I will never order from y'all again this was my first time and my last time someone needs to fix this

This old lady something Jo was telling my daughter to go dress up her bear without even asking me! Telling her she could pick an extra one with the birthday bear i came in to buy. Such scammers in there im amazed. I said we could dress our bears other things at home and she said yeah or at thrift store, like pointing out I'm poor. Also said “looks like mommy needs a hug” when i said i couldnt do more… Im amazed. Had to tell my daughter its all just stuff they put out so you’ll spend a bunch of money so i could get her out of there before i spent 100$. Super sad thanks yall. Go work at journeys next door?? bear is cute thats why even the 1 star and my kid loves her. No thanks to the old lady.

I got a bear for my granddaughter's 4th birthday, and she had a great experience. The staff was goofy, but I would recommend getting a birthday bear for your loved one on their birthday.

Cool deal with the Bears add up quick walked in for a 7.00 birthday bear added one bear some clothes in a box and it was $90 all the sudden pass that good experience in very friendly staff

Such a fun experience! All the ladies were so helpful. But...I was sad that I couldn't print out the certificate due to their computers being down. So sad.

The employees here were sullen and completely unhelpful. The joy of the children was completely diminished by the attitude of the management. Unsurprisingly, we were the only customers, while two employees did their best to ignore us. Avoid this place unless you absolutely must have a custom toy.

We went there for my little sisters birthday.
First off, it took a long time before a worker decided to help us because we had no idea what to do. We thought we could get the whole experience but apparently the worker wasn’t feeling it. The whole time, she huffed and puffed and when we said something about it, she scoffed and rolled her eyes.
She was short with us and was completely rude. This place is okay but just the worker that made our first time there horrible.
I now regret not going to the older woman or having the older woman coming to us because she was more happy and excited, she was even singing and we liked that but she was already helping another customer.
We went in May 30, around 4-5 pm. The girl that helped was on the plus size, she had curly poofy hair and was white. She didn’t care to give us a receipt so we don’t know her name.

I had the most random gift card it was for Chili's AutoZone or Build-A-Bear so I chose Build-A-Bear. And Sierra was very helpful in me helping me make my monkey ,we actually named him Sierro. He is our baby monkey. Always a fun happy experience going to the store.

I usually don't leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. My first time ever being in a build a bear and will not go back to this location! I bought bears for members of my family for Christmas with voice recording of my brother that passed recently and so it was already an emotional experience. However, I never expected the people to be so rude. Finally we are in 1 of the 2 lines. We waited for 45 minutes all for them to tell me when it was my turn that I was not in line so they made me go in the other line, at the very end, and had to wait another 45 minutes. I couldn't believe it. And for all the people that seen me and my husband in that line and never said a thing. All I can say is WOW! The only person that spoke up was the woman that had checked out before me in the first line. All the worker said was "sorry" as she shrugged her shoulders. Just terrible!
