From the time we walked into the store looking for carpet until the install everyone we worked with was the best. Paul helped us through all my back and forth on color choice and was very helpful. The installers were great and knew what they were doing. Everyone was friendly and professional. The quality of the carpet and the price is great. I would recommend this store over any others. If we ever have to do this again we will be a returning customer. Thanks again Akin brothers flooring.

Carpet improperly installed. Asked for them to fix, they stretched. Back to same issue less than 6 months later. Have had a flooring specialist come in and confirm carpet was improperly installed.

I had them install some carpet twice. The first install went really good and the 2 installers were really good and did an excellent job. So the very next day we paid what we owed and paid for 2 more rooms to have carpet installed. Even though we requested the 2 exact same installers they sent 2 different installers that were the worst installers I have seen. plus they used a carpet cement on my floor that has my house smelling like a chemical. I had windows open for 4 days straight with no luck and tried other things with no luck. Not sure what the smell is doing to me or my wife plus I have a little dog too. I tried to get rid of smell for 3 weeks to no avail and finally told them about it when they reached out about the second half of my payment. It has been a week now since they have known so I reach out today to see if they are going to do anything and I am told the boss is on sabbatical for the next 2 weeks. So I guess they are not going to do anything except threaten me about not paying the second half of my payment. The first time I talked to the boss the only problem that he saw was that I waited 3 weeks to tell them not the problem with his installers. That is ok I have paid them about 2,100 dollars so far but I will not buy anything from them again.

I recently purchased carpet from this store at a fair price. My salesman James Stanfill was very knowledgeable, accommodating and went above and beyond what I expected. The store was nicely displayed. Pleasantly surprised to find many rolls of unused carpet you could buy from along with the standard sample pieces.However the installation was horrible with many problems. I immediately got the manager on the phone the next day. Even though I was furious and very ugly to him he was kind and advised someone wld come out to check it out. Within 3 hours my salesman, James Stanfill, was at my door. Again he was very knowledgeable and accomodating even moved furniture to where it belonged. He advised someone wld take take care of the problems. The problems were taken care of as soon as I could find an available day.

Pad advertised in store is not what they install in your home. The pad installed is much, much thinner. Just an FYI, if you’re looking for a plush pad, look elsewhere!

I was looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring. They had a very large selection. We ended up ordering from them. They also gave us many tips for installing it ourselves. Their prices were some of the best we've seen. I am planning on purchasing a few area rugs from them in the future. We installed the floors ourselves and we love it@

Randy is awesome to work with! We visited 8 carpet stores, and Budget was the best. Not only did they explain everything well, they have the best pricing. Most guys will try to be vague and muddy the water, but Randy is a straight shooter. They also go above and beyond to make things right, if any problems occur.

Zac and his team were fantastic. Their attention to detail was really impressive and is a huge difference maker when it comes to work like this. They were also organized and cleaned up every day before they left. I’m really impressed with the work and team and will be calling them for all my flooring needs.

Great service and experience working with Paul for sales. The carpet installation looks good. The only thing that would have earned them 5 stars is if they had cleaned up the mass of carpet fibers left in the garage from where they brought all the carpet through. Overall would still recommend.

My best friend came in to purchase a luxury vinyl floor. He had a specific color scheme in mind. Wanted just Dark Grey. He asked the employees there SPECIFICALLY for just that color. The employees were quick to say that yes, it is possible to have that color, and only that color, installed. On installation day, while we were away, they began rapidly demolishing and removing the old floor and re-leveling the surface. They then proceeded to install, what we would later find out, was a very widely variegated floor color scheme…NOTHING of which was discussed or mentioned by the employees at Budget Floor Store. Again, the employees insisted emphatically at time of purchase that my friend would have precisely the color of slats he wanted, NOT a variegated pattern. The flooring was laid very quickly. My friend kept trying to call and reach the boss both on site and someone at the Store itself. I don’t think it was coincidence at all that those bosses wouldn’t answer their phones until after their workers were done laying the new floor. This company clearly manipulated us into taking flooring they couldn’t move and counted on us not being able to get them to stop. When the boss finally arrived AFTER the damage was done, all he said was “it will look darker when it’s wet”. No. No it does not. They openly and blatantly lied to to us so they could get rid of flooring they hadn’t been able to move. They avoided our calls so they could wait until the floor was already down to either avoid stopping or to try to get more business by uninstalling and reinstalling the correct flooring. My friend is still furious they gave him a floor that looks like it belongs in a barn instead of the all grey flooring they swore he was getting. The workers at Budge Floor Store are liars and swindlers. Avoid this business. No one we dealt with there has any integrity or honesty. Take your money elsewhere.

My experience was the same as Matthew G review. We ordered vinyl floor. Paid. We ripped out all of our carpet and got a call 6 days later they cannot get the product. We had selected a back up floor that we told we could get in case that one didn't work out and we were told they couldn't get it either. We asked what to do next and were told they didn't know. Thankfully we went to the store right next door with our current floor, found one almost identical, and got it ordered. It was much more pleasant and they cared about finding something that worked since we had already ripped up our carpet.

The workers are are beyond rude, all these reviews have to be fake. There is no way a place that socks this much have almost 5 stars.
