They can not guarantee you a car unless you have a credit card and pass a credit check day of rental. Even if you book online. And have holds put onto your account.

Well, I told the people at BUDGET OKLAHOMA AIRPORT on the day of the rental that I did not want additional insurance to the one I already had, they charged me 294 dollars as a guarantee and in the contract they gave me an insurance that coincidentally was the same money that I had left as a guarantee, when At the end of the 7 days they did not give me a refund and they stole the 294 dollars, never in any other rent had something like this happened to me, finding out later I realized that this agency is dedicated to it and they have robbed many clients in this way in many agencies in the country this happened to me at will royers world airport oklahoma City, I DON'T EAT THEM, DON'T RISK RENTING with Budget.NOS ROBARON DESCARADAMENTE por ser extrangeros

TRIPLE CHECK YOUR GAS LEVEL UPON RENTAL! Rented an SUV from JIM this location. I switched vehicles because I didn't want to rent a bright blue SUV so they switched me into another vehicle. He never updated the new gas gauge level on the different SUV on the new paperwork. They rented me a car with a half filled tank of gas! When I came to drop off the vehicle at the same gas level that we received the car at, JOSH proceeded to tell me that the gas level at rental was filled. He proceeded to argue with me and told me that they only rent out cars with full tanks. Obviously, someone isn't doing their job properly considering my tank was only half way filled when I rented it. I filled it up and brought it back. When I asked for the employee's name to file a complaint, JOSH began to argue with me from across the lobby as I was walking out. Extremely unprofessional

I booked a week long rental online and prepaid, to be picked up that day. When I arrived to pick up the car, they attempted to charge me an additional $250 hold despite having paid with a credit card. Per their website, it appears they charge up to $200 or the cost of the rental, whichever is greater, and only charge another $250 hold if you pay with a debit card.This is not their policy in practice, but is actually applied to everyone who prepays for a rental, regardless of payment method, for some illogical reason. I didn't have another $250 available, and they wouldn't accept payment from anyone else on my behalf. I was told I wouldn't have had to pay the hold if I had selected pay later on their website. Canceling my reservation was not an option since it would take a minimum 3 days to process the reversal, and I would have been out the cancellation fees. That left me insufficient funds with which to get another week long rental. I was denied the rental and left. As an added slap in the face, I tried calling customer service to get what I had paid refunded. Customer service was unintelligible, would not assist or transfer me to anyone I could understand better, insisted I had canceled the reservation, called me stupid, and hung up on me.So if you're looking for a rental and see that Budget is the only one with cars available, you're better off taking the Sneaker Express. Those cars are available only as bait to grab your money while providing nothing but insults, frustration, and outright fraud in return. I really hope those criminal complaints I now know were made against the company, go somewhere.

Very disappointed with their words. They charged my card 67 dollars extra and when i called their customer service they said it was the charge for me returning the car next day. The lady i was talking to was rude and kept interrupting me. I asked the person on counter before starting the journey what if i get late in returning the car and he said, it should be no charge if the car is returned under 24 hours and still they did charge almost double the amount i rented the car for. Never getting business from them nor referring my friends for the same.

Terrible experience, I went to this location to rent a car on Thursday March 26th. An Old man was there and he tried to Not rent a car to me. Instead, he pushed me toward rent a car from Enterprises car rental with lower prices. Budget , you had wrong customer service. I rented from Enterprises car rental.

Not only were they cheaper than enterprise and hertz, I even got a better car. Was supposed to have a Camry but it got rented so I was bumped up to a Mazda CX-5. Really cool suv, super fun to drive. I had the car for a week and paid $200. Last time I rented from enterprise it cost me $400 a week for a Nissan Versa. I left my garage door opener in the rental and went back two hours later when I realized. The rental was gone to Tulsa but my garage door opener was labeled with my name in their drawer because they are awesome. Will rent from them any time my truck goes into the shop.
