Service is always timely and professional and they communicate well regarding any delays if parts are needed for repairs, etc. We rarely have issues with toners but if we do they are quick to address and resolve any concerns. They are also very accomodating if we want to do things that are slightly outside the normal. I would most defintely recommend using their services!
