What. An. Amazing. Experience. Seriously.I went looking for a prom dress/evening gown for an event, and my first and last stop was at Bottom Drawer Consignment Boutique. I had no expectations of finding something so beautiful, elegant, the RIGHT SIZE, and at such a reasonable price. On top of the lovely gown I found, the customer service experience was top tier. Lea Ann and Diane were so kind and helpful, and they were willing to give me an opinion when I modeled for them. I don’t have any family here, and it was so nice to have two supportive women that made me feel like I was home in East TN.I absolutely cannot recommend stopping by here to take a peek at their high end items. I love this darling store right off western in Nichols hills. They always have a great selection of items -- my favorite are their dresses and shoes! Prices are fair and inventory is consistently different! The moment you walk into this store you are always greeted by very genuine nice ladies who want to help you! Follow their Instagram for new arrivals and sales they have going on. I've bought everything from Patagonia jackets to dresses and shoes here. This is one of my favorite consignment stores in the metro by far!

This was my first time in and not my last! The store was clean and smelled amazing. Everything was very organized and the selection was top notch. The clothes were in impeccable condition and priced just right. And on top of that, the service was amazing. The two ladies at the front were so sweet. They greeted me when I came in and were very attentive while I was there. I can’t wait to go back!
