This shop like many has quite a lot of shoes in basic widths, but no narrow or wide shoes really ever. Staff will tell you when you walk in. Often many sport shoes, and party shoes, kids every day shoes.
But a lack of things like office wear for adult women.
You can only wear platform tennis shoes so many places, or flip flops or spike heels.
Clean and organized, staff does answer honestly.

The worst place I have ever been. I asked to get my hat shaped, had to wait an hour and a half, after this the lady finally started to shape my hat. But she shaped it backwards. Keep in mind it is a $500 American hat. The hat is totally ruined and now im at a loss for $500. There are huge creases in the back of the hat from her shaping it backwards, It is completely uneven and looks awful. The staff is not helpful and is also not very friendly. The hat shaping is free, as it should be after an experience like that. Would never recommend.

Looking for boots. Selection mostly China made. No one ever approached me as I looked. Four employees visiting and laughing at front of store. Will not return.

Came in to exchange a pair of boots as the 30 day refund period had lapsed. We were given a full refund. Then bought a new pair of boots anyway! Service fees A+.
